After an unfortunate accident where I lost my wedding ring and band my husband and I waited until we had the money to replace it with something I could pick out. We tried a different jewelry store first and the vibes just didn’t feel right so we passed on buying anything. We made the choice to try Reeds since it was close by and I’m so glad we did. After telling what I was looking for and trying on many options, Alex was able to find me the perfect wedding ring and band. She was so personable and just lovely and we loved that Reeds is a family owned business. My husband and I left there very satisfied and felt great about our purchase. We will definitely be going to Reeds and working with Alex on any future purchases.

Alex was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She was the reason we chose Reeds over Jared’s. The ring was too big and Alex got our ring resized in just a few hours! We couldn’t be more pleased and are so happy with our experience at Reeds!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very sweet people who understand if you need time to think about a purchase. The level of professionalism and interest in me as a customer did not waver when I let them know that I needed time to think about and be able to afford the purchase. They also offered that they do custom designs if there is something that isn't what I was specifically looking for. They also have an on-site jeweler who did a wonderful job on my ring.
