Lost a diamond, went in completely worrying and the whole team reassured me they would make it perfect. They did not disappoint!! They wound up fixing all my prongs on both band and engagement ring, made the color right, cleaned them, resized to my actual size, and fixed my missing diamond!! I had a very special heirloom ring that belonged to my deceased Mother that I brought in to be refurbished. I was giving it to my granddaughter for her 18th birthday / graduation as a special gift. The ring turned out so beautiful. I am beyond pleased.

My story:
I had ordered a setting by a particular designer, but they didn’t have the center stone I wanted in stock at the time. Vickie told me I was not to worry and said I could take the setting with a different center stone while I awaited the one on backorder, so I’d have something for our big day.

Unfortunately, the designer sold the last of the rings with the center stone I wanted and wasn’t making any more any time soon. I was pretty upset, because my wife had fallen in love with the ring. Vickie saved the day again and pushed a custom order, so I wouldn’t have to tell my wife we’d have to pick another. She was up front and honest that, if we wanted to go that route, we were up against an 10-12 week wait time for the ring to arrive, but it would be the exact same ring she wanted and she wouldn’t have to pick another. We then agreed to move forward with the custom order and started our waiting game. Vickie made expediting our order her top priority, because she knew my newlywed wife was without a ring. A few weeks later she surprised me with a phone call telling me she got it done and it was ready for pick up. She pushed it to be expedited in less than a month!

I may not know what tomorrow will bring, but I know, if I’m buying jewelry, I’m going to Vickie at Jared’s!
