Susan and Mike were fantastic. Susan appraised some jewelry for my insurance needs and sold me some earrings. When I asked her about design options, she told me about Mike being a Master Jeweler who designs based on your ideas. She helped me brainstorm and set up an appointment with Mike. He was able to translate my thoughts into a unique ring set. I absolutely love my ring them. He creates exactly what I had in mind. Everyone is so nice and very professional. M&M is definitely worth visiting for unique and quality jewelry.

Mike and Susan were so great. They helped me realize how poor of a decision it was to buy a diamond from Brilliant Earth. Not only could they beat their prices, but having their diamond side by side with Brilliant Earths diamond made things even more apparent.

Susan did a phenomenal job with resizing a ring I got for Christmas. The turnaround time was amazing- same day. She knew it was a gift and that I would want to wear it. Added bonus the resizing without breaking the bank- affordable and fair.

I recently retired from a Federal Law Enforcement Agency and decided to make my 20 year pin from the organization into a ring. Mike did a fantastic job taking my idea and building the exact type of ring I was looking for. I can't recommend this jeweler enough. The work is flawless and reasonable priced.

So my now wife and I had never done any real jewelry shopping before, and we heard about this place from a family friend.
For her engagement ring, they helped us by removing the stone from an heirloom ring from my family and put it into a beautiful platinum setting that my wife still loves.

For her wedding ring, we honestly had a little more difficulty, but the precious people here met us every step of the way with extraordinary service and kindness that they didn't have to exhibit.
My wife was wanting a custom designed jacket ring that would fit around the engagement stone.
My advice to anyone planning on doing a custom job is just to know what you want. Have a plan and a clear drawing of it all with clearly written specifics, and Mr. Michael will not let you down. We didn't have as much of a formed plan with ours, so there was some miscommunication created as a result. We also live in Birmingham, AL, so distance made things more challenging.

But! At the end of quite a process, we were extremely glad to have done business with these amazing folks. Her ring is excellent, and we were THRILLED to have worked with them!

M&M are wonderful people to work with. I’ve had multiple repairs on jewelry and some custom design as well. Love them!

Just had a custom ring completed. It exceeded my expectations and is absolutely stunning. Now I know who my 'go to' jeweler will be.

Mike was able to fix my grandmother's ring for me within a week. One of the stones had fallen out and needed to be replaced but he went ahead and did all new prongs to secure the old stones and buffed the band for me which had a lot of wear and tear. I've had this ring for over a decade and it looks brand new now!

We have used M&M on several occasions so it was natural that I would check with them when wanting to update my ring! They did a great job! Designed exactly what I envisioned and worked to meet my schedule. I highly recommend them!

I took my wedding ring, 44 years old, to have prongs fixed. It as an awesome shine. Everyone from young lady who greated me to jewelry repair. We're so kind I knew my rings were safe.
