The North Face Outlet Hilton Head

Wonderful experience all around! There was a beautiful blue down winter coat that I was considering, and they held it behind the service desk for a few hours until I could make up my mind. When I returned, they extended a discount for joining their rewards program to the cost, even though I had made my initial purchase earlier in the day. Then, when I realized that the coat wasn’t going to fit with winter clothes, they happily took it back from me. Amazing customer service! ❤

They have awesome off season pricing I bought a pair of XL snow pants for $35. Regular retail $149. I had a 15% off coupon + add'l in-store discounts.

Love love love this store. Too many good deals to mention. Most inventory 40-50-60% off plus in store specials at a greater discount. See Laurie while you visit she gives great service and is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This place has huge deals. 40-60% off most items. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'll be back.

I try to hit the after Christmas sales for items to wear for recess duty during cold weather (I went around the 28th). On this trip I found two fleece pullovers and a jacket for me (I wear XL). Husband found two jackets (he's an XXL). Our bill was about half the normal price. There were also things like hats, gloves, day packs but I did not come to shop for those items.

They very good prices if need help finding something they always willing to help. I love shopping there.

So many different stores.....most of which are open at 11 on Sunday, contrary to the website. But still a great place for deals and savings.
