Eats Meets West Bowls

Excellent salad bowls clearly prepared by folks who care about providing healthy delicious meals. Came across this place when the owner posted on Nextdoor this weekend. Ordered through DoorDash and the food arrived in great condition. The bowls were very well prepared per our instructions and they even put cute little hearts on the boxes which my wife adored. The owner truly cares about providing the customers a great experience.

The bowls were very tasty and portion size was very good. The chicken was perfect, and the sauces (makhani and chaat) were super tasty as well. The waffle egg in a heart shape was not only novel but very appetizing as well. This is a very novel concept and we are big fans. We will certainly order regularly!

Went to Eats meets West yesterday for lunch and were blown away. They have a great menu of many different bowls and each one looks delicious!
I tried the mango tango and my sister got the Caesar one. Wow on both!!
I will definitely go here for a scrumptious healthy meal everytime I’m in the Bay Area.

Excellent, tasty, unique bowls! Really recommend the Darling Lia 😋 the Indian crunchy toppings were a nice touch. The owner and staff person were friendly and helpful with my group’s allergies.

This is a small spot, so have a little patience and give yourself a few extra minutes for the preparation.

To the owner — maybe add descriptions for the Indian toppings online, as it was hard to know what to order.

O U T S T A N D I N G !!! If you are looking for a hearty and healthy meal, this is your place. Any dietary needs can be met here. We were waited on with sincere warmth and kindness along with patience in any questions we had on various bowl options. Ordering your meal is set up kind of like a Chipotle as you select what items to add to your bowl. 4 people in my group and everyone extremely enjoyed their food!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Love the flavor of the bowls. It’s not just some haphazard mesh of greens and other ingredients. It’s an amazing amalgamation of flavors that make you wonder why hasn’t there been more of these types of healthy bowls anywhere else? Service is great too.

This is a fun, unique spot where I stopped on a Sunday afternoon. The Mango Tango option with brown rice was tasty. And the heart shaped bowls fit the whole vibe. Food was clearly prepared with love. Recommend if you want a healthy option.

🔥🔥🔥Indian cuisine meets healthy bowls and nuts 🥜 You select a bowl flavor (tandoori like and more)- I had Bangin Ringan - a base (brown or white rice, beans) and then a bunch of nuts and seeds (sunflower, souffleed lentils, cashews and more) and they add some extra dressings to it. Never had anything like it ! It’s a bit spicy so if you don’t like spicy you’d better ask. Quantities are pretty large and staff is adorable. Too often healthy bowls taste like air with some dressing on top and you don’t get a real satisfaction besides eating healthy. This one was perhaps the most tasty salad I had for a while to be honest. Will come back !

This is a very small eatery at Belmont, CA. You can pick a choice of the base, protein, veggies and carbs (rice). The taste was outstanding and at the end you don’t feel heavy at all despite the bowl looking quite large. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a healthy choice.

I was on my way back from Foster city to sunnyvale and I looked up healthy bowls in the area. This place came up first and when I saw that it was Indian I sped SO FAST lol. Upon walking in the place was so cute and the nice lady at the front was SO helpful. She was so friendly and cute, looking back I wish I got her name!!

There's a huge variety of bowls and they all look so bomb. They're typically vegetarian but you can add meat if you like. The lady suggested a makhani bowl so I went with that and brown rice. I added chicken as well. Girlllll this food wasn't spicy but it was still super flavorful!!! I also ordered an iced chai and this was the damn best iced chai I ever had. definitely loved this place and would come back!! I wish they were closer to Sunnyvale cus I would be here all the freaking time!!!

We first went there during a massive heat wave during a power outage a few weeks ago, and because we couldn’t cook at home we were looking for a place to eat with A\C. Unfortunately their AC was fairly minimal, so we didn’t get the cool relief we wanted. However the food was absolutely amazing and unique, not to mention healthy and very accommodating to special requests.

One person in our family is a vegetarian, another is strictly Keto, and another eats only like a meat eating cave man. All of us left very happy, including the cave man — even though he had no idea how to order, or why he was even there. Today we went there as a family for a second time and all loved it again — including the cave man, again. We gave him the choice to go with us or get something else, and he chose to go with us — a minor miracle considering he is a meat and potatoes guy. He loved it.

One really fun thing about it is that they serve their food in giant heart shaped bowls. I don’t know why I care so much, but this makes the food both fun to eat and tastes so much better somehow! I’ve even gone online to find the bowls so I can order some for home use. I absolutely loved using them and want a few for home.

* SUGGESTION* If I were the restaurateur I would sell the bowls. I bet a lot of people would love to buy them. I would for sure. For that matter they should sell some of their special toppings, in to go containers. I would also buy those. And I’d buy the sauces in pint containers. There’s alot to love about this place.

I left feeling so light and healthy, which is rare for dining out. I didn’t over eat and I didn’t deviate from my keto plan. It was a very good feeling to get a healthy big meal without feeling uncomfortably stuffed.

After I got home I sent pictures of our meal to my best friend, and got back the response: “wow, that looks amazing. We are SO going there for lunch!” So, it looks like a have a new favorite restaurant! ♡ ♡

Lastly the decor and staff are extremely friendly, kind and warm people. I love seeing the family photos on the wall — all the kid pictures are so sweet. It’s a lovely touch and makes me genuinely love these people (who
I don’t even know!).

Excellent little gem! The bowls are loaded with flavor, and nutrients. Very unique combination of ingredients. The owner was super nice and explained the whole process of creating a signature bowl.

Food is super yummy! I love the flavors and customization options. All ingredients were very fresh and nourishing. Friendly service too, and easy parking.

Very tasty and filling salad bowl. We got takeout since the restaurant is not designed for a group lunch (maybe if it was just me and a friend we would eat in). The dressings were kept separate so the leaves were not soggy and the toppers stayed crispy. Really quite a nice flavor and texture experience! Mildly spicy and maximally flavored. As a celiac, I was not concerned about keeping my meal gluten free since so many of the offerings are naturally gluten free.

Cute little lunch spot featuring plenty of plant-based proteins. They even have a vegan iced chai, vegan ginger coffee, and vegan falooda!

$17 prices are worth the HUGE portions… bowl is wayyyy bigger than the photos.

Amazing flavor, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. It's all here. And, since we're amidst a global pandemic, you can place an order and pick up the food with zero contact. I simply called the phone number, and a human being (gasp!) picked up the phone, took my order, and emailed the check to me. I ordered the Makhani, with brown rice and greens, black beans, added beets and avocado, with fried garlic, Budaran mung beans, and channa dal. Out the door, it costs about $20. But if you're reading this, then that means you are not naive to Bay Area prices, and you also know that getting quality ingredients ain't cheap. Plus, it's so yummy! It's tangy without overpowering the freshness and flavors of the ingredients. I am definitely going back to try the other bowls and flavor combinations.

Owner was so kind and welcoming. Explained anything I wasn't sure about and the flavors are amazing! Bonus, it's healthy!

Yummy bowls. Kinda like Chipotle with Indian flair. Good sized serving. The payment seemed a little hokey with the square dongle on a personal mobile.
