Wayback Burgers

This is a must-visit restaurant in the area.

I ordered their vegetarian burger and fries with their special sauces. I had many questions, since I wasn't from the area, and the cashier was patient and kind. They offer a great variety of toppings including mushrooms and grilled onions.

The wait time to receive my food was rather short. And, everything tasted so fresh! The bun was soft and warm. The sauces added unique flavor. The fries were flavorful and crisp.

I left feeling stuffed in the best way. My husband ordered a shake and as someone who doesn't like sweet foods, the shake had great flavor without being too much.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, and would definitely visit if I came by the area again.

I'd never heard of this place before going there. But I like the classic diner feel and the decor. It's very clean inside and the employees were very friendly. I had a basic burger with grilled onions, jalapeño peppers and a vanilla milkshake. I completely enjoyed my meal. You can eat in, take your food to go or call ahead and have your food ready for you to pick up when you get there. If I'm back in that part of Connecticut, I would definitely go there again.

Really good food and a nice atmosphere, very very quick service too! The chips are really good and the milkshakes are delicious! I feel like some more decor needs to be added but how it looks now is still very nice!

Super fast and reasonably priced burger joint. Whenever I’m eating on the go I call in an order. They are always quick to make the food and the staff is very friendly. Centrally located in Granby, 5 minutes from everywhere. Small menu made with quiality ingredients. Also, one of the best steak finders I’ve had in the area!

Let me tell you about the awesome experience that I had with James, Ryan and Mason tonight. These 3 individuals were probably some of the best that I have dealt with in a long time.

My job likes to work me odd hours and most of the time I don't get my lunch because of the nature of the beast that my job produces as a Rigger and a Truck Driver. So when I came in at 8:55 pm asking if they were still open because I was famished from my day expecting (from this day and age) to be turned away, I was greeted with a smile and was told that it wasn't closing time yet and that they could still make food.

I was actually thrown back for a bit when they said this, and I was actually expecting them to get my order wrong (which would have totally been fine seeing as though I could have eaten a cow by about this time) They made it faster than most McDonalds and Burger Kings would make it and it still tasted way better than the 2 of them combined; not to mention they got my order right (take that other fast food restaurants)

10/10 would totally recommend coming here even if you had to travel to get here.

If these three ever needed and were looking for a different job to switch there career from the food industry, I'd be happy to put forth their names. There work ethic gives me hope for the future of our generations.

This location is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food was fast and tasty. Other Wayback's that I have been to seem to have an attitude when I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and the food literally took over 20 minutes. I have never had any trouble at the Granby location of all the times I have been here. They were happy to remove one ingredient from my sandwich and didn't make me tell them all the toppings I actually wanted. The food was delivered to my seat within 5-8 minutes and the burger was hot and fresh tasting. The fries were so hot I had to wait a minute to dive in and enjoy, certainly a good problem to have!

The location is also spotless. All the empty tables were clean, the floors were being swept after anyone left, and the kitchen area was well organized and visibly clean as well.

I will certainly patronage this location again!

Amazing burgers! But one thing you have to know is if you re getting a burger here the only rule is you have to get a shake with it! If you don't, shame on you! This place has some of the best burgers I've had in a long time with quick service and good pricing.

Great burgers, great shakes, great employees. Nothing but the best here at Wayback in Granby.

Tasty burger, great milkshake, and wonderful staff! The milkshakes bring me back to my childhood. Just amazing!

Way back is pretty good food and this location is well managed. Never had an order messed up from here. It can be on the expensive side though.

The last time I had been to a Wayback I was a little let down because I expected a better burger. I decided to give them another shot and at least this particular Wayback made a great burger. Very satisfied.
