I left a message. He called back that day and was super helpful. He was happy to work on it, but gave me a clear list of things to try (not minding me asking him to explain various things that probably most people know). His advice was enough for me to get that snowblower working myself and took my first step in learning something about small engines. Great guy, knows his stuff and a valuable resource in our area.
