West Yellowstone Lodge

Dont judge a book by its cover. The outside looks like an average motel floor but the rooms were a dream. Sanitary precautions were greatly appreciated and the staff were incredible and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The outside is a bit rough but the staff is awesome and the room is great. There is a good size fridge, a microwave, stove, dishes, books, a good sized tv. The room is extremely clean and comfortable with lots of lighting.

Staff was very kind, full kitchen with dishes, loveseat, bigger flat screen TV, everything anyone could want or need.

Hospedaje de ensueño, hermoso, limpio y súper cómoda sus instalaciones. Tiene todo lo necesario para una maravillosa estadía. La atención excelente.

Llegamos sobre las 21h y la recepción estaba cerrada y todo se gestionaba por teléfono (nunca vimos a la recepcionista, en realidad). La zona en la que se ubica no tiene nada destacable, pero la habitación por dentro era muy bonita. La decoración muy acorde a una cabaña de esa zona con temática Yellowstone. Todo estaba muy limpio y era muy acogedor. ¡Nos encantó!

The room was nice but the disappointment here was that we booked this through Airbnb and at no point was it ever said that this is a motel and it is basically a motel. The rooms had everything you need (kitchenette) and generous supplies. They asked that you not use the TV after 9 PM or basically use it with no volume. Then we woke at almost 2 AM with the next room playing a movie on their TV with lots of volume. Maybe a more reasonable rule of not after 11 PM would be taken more seriously. Their only option offered for this time of year with no staff on site was to call the police and we weren't going to do that.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Thank God a Family Emergency called us away after spending just one night in this filthy falling apart "lodge" I have never seen something that was more terrifying than the Bates Motel, snuggling up with Jack the Ripper seems less scary than this place. There were spiders nests all over the ceiling, with spiders in them, there were shared doors to other rooms that didn't lock, there was broken locks on the front door, a half access door that was supposed to be locked but the animal behind it made sure it opened enough that it could fit through it, they tried to use expanding foam to repair the roof but it didn't work so there was a ton of water damage which made the floor sag and droop. We spent about 8 hours total in the room and ended up with 3 splinters, an unexplained bruise, and a spider bite that had to be medically treated. If you value your life stay elsewhere. We booked 3 nights through booking and ended up having to leave after just one, the owner refused to offer even a partial refund when in reality my entire stay should have been refunded due to the poor conditions of this property. I dont know how they have been allowed to remain open. I guess Montana doesn't have a board of health and safety.

Place was listed as a lodge, and said it was discounted from normal $411 price on Priceline. The reality is it’s a cheap motel with horrible parking I would never have paid the $174 we paid. We could have gotten a better room elsewhere for less. We were extremely disappointed, felt misled in what we were getting and our lesson learned is to be more careful in booking a room in the future if it’s not already familiar. We paid $133 the next night at a Holiday Inn and got an awesome room, free breakfast and wonderful parking.

It's ok on the inside. The neighborhood feels like you could be robbed at any minute. Sessel is clearly a slum lord on a power trip. I would look elsewhere to stay any longer than 1 night. Its not a lodge whatsoever, it a motel, not a hotel, but motel

low maintenance. 100% self care.(key was under a pillow and door was unlocked.)
Smoke detector was on the floor. Bed creaked with every movement.

Called the main phone number. The person I talked to (male) was unbelievably rude and basically would not help me make/confirm a reservation and hung up on me. It was very strange. I would not trust staying there, something is very odd.

Zeer slecht leuk als je van een versleten oude caravan houd....geen aanrader, foto' zijn zeer misleidend en het was smerig!!
