Arby's

We ordered 4 for 10, and I expected very little meat on my sandwich. To my surprise, it was what a sandwich from there should look like. I'm very happy. I was a little disappointed in the downsize of the small fries and shake. I know everything is more expensive now but would have liked more crinkle fries. Not a fan of the curly

I always say fast food is just that, employees make the experience. Bravo to this crew!

Love this place food always great customer care great they may not be the fastest but your food is always hot and fresh

The counter server was very gracious helping to provide me with a GF "sandwich" he did awesome having it stacked in a clamshell container with No bun. I know our questions may have been a bit much however he was gracious, pleasant and polite. Thank you sir.

Clean, good service and good food. Among the top in fast food.

I had a double roast beef with Swiss added (extra cheese), curly fries, and drink. They forgot the extra cheese which I went back up and got. Everything tasted great and hit the spot. I love that I can get curly fries there.

Now they have full menu for young to Elders with about any thing you want. And every is very very good for fast food. And adding specials from time to time. A great turn around for Arby's! Go you will a nice menu to pick from.

I'm fairly sure most people already know what kind of food Arby's provides & what it tastes like, so I'm not mentioning the food except to say it was good. We've found from previous visits that this Arby's at Nitro Marketplace is consistently top notch...not all locations are. What I really want to review is what happened with the drive-thru window staff.

So, we went through the drive-thru & as usual, the speaker was squawky & hard to understand, so there was *alot* of "say again..." & "repeat that please..." from our end. I swear those "tin can & string" speaker systems are requisite standard issue for all fast food chains. Anyway, when we got to the pick-up window, the young man (high school age maybe?) asked us if the problem was him or the speaker. We told him it was mostly the speaker, but he might also try speaking a little slower. I don't think I've ever had an employee ask me that before, AND this young man actually thanked us for our feedback! What a refreshing change, an employee who actually cared about the customers & doing his job better... he made our day & we both think he's going to be a success in any future career.

Unfortunately, we lost the receipt, which might have had his name on it & neither of us thought to ask him. However, we are going to call the restaurant first thing tomorrow & see if we can find out who he was so we can give his boss a review of how wonderful this kid was to deal with!!

The staff was freaking awesome. So glad we stopped there. The garlic prime rib was so darn good. Would have gotten another if we had not been back on the freeway. Thank you to the ladies (that we saw) for being so awesome

Hadn't eaten fake roast beef in awhile cause it was disgusting years ago. They must of changed the mix

The restaurant was clean the staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was great. We definitely rang the bell 🔔 on the way out.

It's mediocre fast food, the employees are generally young and obviously have better things to do but the cleanliness of this place was outstanding! The bathrooms were immaculate and that is why it earns five stars in my book.

Good sandwiches and roast beef.

Went there with my 12 year daughter for dinner. Before we hit Wall Mart for shopping. We both had French dips! Curly fries and there new onion rings. Then there chocolate shakes! Shakes are thick and very rich. We both got small and only got halfway through it. The sandwich was very good. If you went to any casual restaurant.You would pay more. The new onion rings we're thick cut and tasty. Money well spent. Very good service at the Cross Lanes Arby's.

I don't know anybody that eat dinner by 7:00 that's what time they've been closing lately I don't know what's going on up there but Arby's you need to get your stuff together

This is one of the best Arby's in the area.

We enjoy the Market Fresh Chicken Pecan Salad Sandwiches so much during the summer months. We are hoping that one day these sandwiches will become a regular item on Arby's menu. We highly recommend!!

I was very impressed witht the speaker system installed at the Cross Lanes Arby's. I was even more impressed witht the employee who took my order. He was very effiecient and friendly at the same time. My food was prepared quickly and was delicious.
