PITA Mediterranean Street Food

Ate here two days in a row! Beef Gyro is good and the French Fries are out-of-this-world delicious. Make sure you order an extra serving of fries! Fries have a good season on them, nothing like it around.
Had the baklava, devoured it in layers! Good honey flavor.

MUST EAT FRIES FRESH AND HOT. drive home and eat then, not good. I had chicken Gyro this time which was fabulous. Fries get hard when cold and no flavor.

I have only been here a couple times, but each time has been better than expected for a quick service spot. Their shawarma is done very well and the food on the tray looks just like what’s in the picture! Great lunch place. It seems to be clean and they are quick.

Best Mediterranean food in the Huntsville area!! I love coming here and trying the 3 meat mini pitas (falafel, chicken and gyro). They’re so full of flavor and it fulfills my appetite! I usually get the French fries as a side and my food is ALWAYS fresh. The staff is very friendly and timely. I‘ve only been here twice but this place has to be visited often because it’s just that delicious!

This place is amazing. I've never had anything less than great from here. They also have daily specials. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One of my regular spots. Best gyros in Madison.

The food was really good. Customer service was good. The grilled chicken and the chicken shawarma were delicious! The bread was fluffy, not too chewy, and had great flavor. Fries were crisp and seasoned, but not salty.

The meal was fresh and filling. Even with the fries, we didn't feel sluggish or bleh afterwards.

This place is a gem!

I got the signature gyro with the Greek fries as well as a hummus platter (pictured). The food was delicious and I'm excited to go back soon. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. They have a family meal that also looked very enticing and pretty good value.

Friendly staff, super clean environment, well-lit and smartly-styled eating area, and AMAZING food that is full of flavor are what you'll find at PITA. We tried the roasted red pepper hummus, traditional chicken platter, and salmon bowl. As a side note, the fries were cooked perfectly and seasoned well; plus, they pair nicely with the hummus once you run out of pita bread. :-)

We have never had a bad experience at Pita and today they went above and beyond. They noticed our order was off from what we usually get and caught us and got it corrected right away.

Didn't think we came in that often, but their attention to detail is spectacular. 😎

Ordered the Big Gyro with the Greek fries and it was delightful 😊 so full of flavor 😋 More than what I expected. Definitely will be going again! I highly recommend

I'm so glad this place actually came. I've been excited about this place since the sign was placed early last year, before the pandemic, and they did not disappoint. The place is very clean. Nice, laid back modern design. The staff was very friendly and my order came out very quickly.

I got the beef gyro. A little disappointed that there was no lamb but maybe that'll be something in the future. The flavor is all there. Great tzatziki sause and fresh tasting veggies. The fries were perfect. They put a seasoning on them that's so good. I ate them all despite being really full. Fountain drink was also good.

Anyone who knows me, knows that Papa Gyros reigns supreme but I work in Madison. This is a great Madison option for a delicious gyro. They have a $6 Gyro and side on Mondays so you better believe I'll be spending more monday lunches here. (Who doesn't love a good deal.)

I can't wait to come back and support this business.

Outstanding food. Very clean. Excellent service. There Greek fries are the best I have had. Cheesecake is very good.

First time here and it was sooo good. I got the Signature Mixed Gyro with the spicy sriracha hummus, and boy was it excellent. Still good and fresh when I brought it home to eat. I'll be coming back for sure. The staff were very helpful with my questions about the menu too. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Update! 7/7/24 we went back today and everyone is wearing hair nets. Thank you so much!! I will definitely continue to patron here, thank you for listening to the customer!

Ate there yesterday evening and this is my favorite place so it pains me to complain, but I found a hair in my Greek salad, and nobody behind the counters wears a hair net. That is extremely unsanitary! My husband let them know and they simply remade another salad, what I would like is a commitment to hair nets on your hair and beards in the future! This experience really turned me off to this place.

We enjoyed our lunch immensely. The food is cooked when ordered which is truly refreshing. If you need it faster, make it a call-in order and dine in or carry out. We had two meals; one with combination beef/chicken, vegetables and fries; second with giant gyro and salad. It was a regular salad with olives and a Mediterranean salad dressing. Everything was delicious 😋 and fresh. The business is clean as well as the tables and the employees are wonderful and friendly. This will be on our rotation of places to eat.

The food is really good. It’s improved significantly since this location opened. Always hot and the staff is friendly. Interior is clean. What else can you ask for?

I’m posting a review because I hate when businesses do this. They guilt their guests and employees instead of accepting responsibility that, BIG SHOCKER, people don’t have loyalty to a job that pays $10/hr. Maybe if a business could retain employees with living wages and useful benefits they wouldn’t have to put weepy signs in their window.

Hubby stumbled upon this place and it’s pretty good. We’ll keep it in rotation. We’ll pass on the fries in the future, but everything else was delicious.

The baclava and baclava cheesecake … scrumptious.

Got Gyro Beef bowl. Rice, lettuce, tomato, red onion and beef. Added extra feta and made it spicy. Very good! Highly recommend!

I'm so excited for this place to open! I'll be there with a group of friends! I've been waiting for a place like this to come to town! The signage looks great! Chime once come all! Let's keep them in business!

Delicious high quality and beautifully arranged entrees, appetizers, desserts, and even sides! Excellent fast service this afternoon as well. So happy to have this new restaurant here in Madison, and we plan to visit as often as possible.
