To sum it up in one word - refreshing! I’m honestly not a typical fan of Mediterranean cuisine, but wow this place was great. The food wasn’t only fresh, but it was refreshing - every bite was the perfect mix of cool, sweet, tangy and smooth. We built our own bowls with super greens, honey harissa chicken, cucumber, corn, avocado and more. The pita chips were fantastic and we loved several of their dressings - especially the lemon herb. One thing worth noting - they have what seems to be their own brand of soda and other beverage rather than Coca Cola or Pepsi, but all that we tried tasted great!

I've only been here a couple times and I absolutely love it! Food is amazing and fresh. Meat is very flavorful!

I love CAVA! I come all the time and the food is always so fresh and my order has never been incorrect. Today I ordered the Greek Chicken Pita and sparkling water. The staff is always professional and kind however, they never talk or engage with customers much- which is okay! The entire restaurant is always spotless and neat! I hope they open one in Athens, AL!

We live out of state, but always come to this location when visiting family. Always fresh & delicious food, plus great and friendly service. We went last night and I paid for our food, plus my Mom's behind me. I didn't even look at my receipt. Next thing I know the manager approaches our table and kindly asks to see my receipt because the cashier accidentally charged for the person behind my Mom as well. She said it would be refunded. We were about to leave and she never brought the new receipt so I went to the counter and asked if she had a new one. She told me it was their error and my entire ticket was refunded so there was no bill. 😯 I couldn't believe it... I was happy and fine with them taking just off the extra meal. I thanked them for the cashier identifying the problem to her and the manager for going above and beyond to correct the issue. Always a loyal customer and will be back! Thank you!!

I went on Thursday, September 7, 2023. I wasn’t sure of what to expect since it was my first time having Mediterranean food. The food was great!!! I had the Harissa Avocado and fell in love with it. It was packed with so much flavor and deliciousness. I ordered online and the takeout process was seamless. The server at the window was really sweet too. It was so good I went back the next day 🤣

Loved it. Absolutely loved it. The staff is so sweet and generous. Food was fresh. I ordered the spicy green bowl.
They even made fresh falafel and rice for me as they were out of it.. will definitely go again

Drew was awesome!!. He was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. When preparing my order , he was very detailed in making sure I knew my options for building a bowl. Any questions I had, he was very knowledgeable about the product. All-n-all, my experience was excellent at Cava on Highway 72 in Madison, AL.

This place was absolutely amazing. The workers are friendly, the staff is amazing and Catherine the manger is phenomenal. It was cold and she did not hesitate to turn down the air conditioner and ask how we were doing. The food was fresh and delicious! 😋 space is clean and just a overall good vibe:

Loved having lunch here! The gentleman than made my bowl was so friendly and even told me about all the different dressings according to his own thoughts about their flavors. My husband had a pita while I had a bowl. The people here are great and the food is delicious! Definitely go if you enjoy Mediterranean salads and pitas.

Shalayah was an amazing server! She made my bowl perfect, and I was shocked that she hasn't been working there long. Keep up all the great work! I always order from this location and will continue to make it my #1 Cava spot.

I had one and of the best experience here at cava. A couple of weeks ago I asked a lady who (previously made my bowl once before) if she can remake my bowl the way she did before. I didn’t think she would remember but she in fact did. She made my day!!!

Best part, I didn't know what I was ordering but somehow I made a delicious creation. Wait till I figure out what half the items are.

Staff helped me along the way and gave me "tips" on good food combinations.

I was needing another CAVA fix and they delivered like always. It’s been busy there but everyone was so friendly and hard working especially Katherine who was running around making sure everything was up to par. We will be back!! Try the Cucumber Mint Lime tea!!

Cava is one of our favorite stops. As someone who is gluten free, I have never had a cross contamination reaction and see that they change their gloves often. My husband has severe dairy, egg, and peanut allergies and has also never had an issue.

The staff are always quick and the restaurant is very clean. I love the balsamic date bowl and a cane sugar coke from the soda fountain.

The attentive service and cozy ambiance only elevated the already exceptional dining experience. Cava truly encapsulates the essence of Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, leaving me craving more with every visit.

Sara was the absolute best! Love this place- it’s SO GOOD I CAME BACK 3 days in a row haha. Seriously try this place out and get the green sauce and baked pita chips. You can thank me later

I had to look up what CAVA was. I feel like they should specify that it is Mediterranean food on their sign.
Anyhow, think of it as a Mediterranean version of Chiplote. You start off with a wrap or bowl, choose your sauces (like humus), add your meat, toppings, and dressing.
I highly recommend the meatballs. They are very flavorful and a littl3 spicy.
They also have fun flavored sodas and lemonade.
It is a little expensive for what it is (over $30 for 2), but it is worth it, and they do offer a military discount.
