A+ start to finish. No pressure sales people who were happy to help and fully explain all equipment. Dealt with three different people on my first visit there and one was more kind than the next. Clearly knowledged and patient, the folks at Addy's absolutely gave me an education. Having just gone in to browse, i ended up feeling confident and comfortable enough to actually make a purchase. They were very helpful with the finance application process and i definitely feel that i received a great deal. Knowing that we can keep our local businesses suceed while developing a long term relationship for our future home needs made this a thoroughly positive experience. '...bout time for a review...A sixty (60) mile one-way trip to purchase a CUB CADET sitdown mower. Why so far? Quite simply several reasons: NO ONE within a 59 mile radius of Big Flats, NY had the mower we wanted ....had NO IDEA "IF" - "IF" they would be getting any more in (WOW! CUB CADET can NOT provide product!!! ) How can CUB CADET survive AND how can dealers STAY IN BUSINESS?? That aside, ADDY'S - KING FERRY, NY - THANK GOD!! Every single person we dealt with (KATIE, TOM, a guy named "BILL" The ICING ON THE CAKE - AND OWNER CINDY) SUPER TERRIFIC - PATIENT -KNOWLEDGEABLE - FRIENDLY - SINCERE AND CARING. This place IS CUSTOMER SERVICE personified - a throw back to a time in AMERICA when people cared. Those at ADDY'S = SPECIAL!! ....our CUB CADET was ready for pick up - all serviced - shined up AND even the tires ARMOUR-ALLED - SHINY~!!~ WOW!!! Happy?? YOU BET!!
