Taco Bell

My son loves Taco Bell, and goes very often. Nitro had a rough start in the beginning, but now they are one of the best. There was two young girls working the front counter that were absolutely amazing, and have so much compassion and heart they made my son feel special. I can't thank these two girls enough, he had an awesome time and will be visiting again soon. Thank you for being so kind and awesome, the food was amazing also.

Went to the drive thru. There was a lot of confusion because there was something going on because there was 4 police cars in the lot, and several people surrounded but the staff did their job. My order was out quickly, it was hot and the staff talked with me and my dog instead of watching outside. Keep up the good work Nitro WV Taco Bell!

Everyone here is friendly, customer service is A1, they take the time to read back your order and make sure it is correct even for mobile orders! This location has some of the hottest and freshest food you can get from a Taco Bell. It does take a few extra minutes, but completely worth it! Keep up the good work folks.

As far as TB's go, this is one of the best run stores. Staff are friendly, and you can get quick counter service without having to use a kiosk. This pace is very clean and stands out when compared to all the TB's between Charelston and Huntington.

We went to get a late night snacky just now. We were at the drive thru around 9:10pm, today 1/6 and the service was AMAZING! The receipt says cashier’s name was “maya d” not sure if that’s what her name was, but that’s why I included the time and date. She was quick, efficient, and kind. The food is amazing so big thank you to the cooks as well! Great Taco Bell to stop at for some yummy bites. 🥳🌯

They were really nice, they actually forgot 2 items and realized it when I came up to tell them and apologized and was super nice. The place was clean and it was quiet when I went, not busy at all. First time I ate at this taco bell. I'll def go again. Appreciate the kindness of the employees. Thanks!

I'm not a huge fan of taco bell, but my wife is, so we eat here periodically. I do have to say that this is the best Taco Bell around. The orders are always consistent and correct and the staff is always extremely friendly.

I love going to this Taco Bell in the morning the staff is so great and food is fresh.. This TB should have all staff trained with the morning staff here.. Dunbar take note cuz Dunbar TB they all have attitudes and need them checked asap..

Great place and new. Just wish they were open like the other Tocco Bells. Hate working at nights and not being able to come here at my lunch time. I have to get it early and heat it up in the microwave.

New Taco Bell inside a small city. Their business hours are shorter than the others near the interstate but it also makes them slow in the mornings for a quiet breakfast.

Always clean, foods always correct and well made, very nice employees!

I forgot my drink but the guy working was extremely nice and helpful and honestly deserves a raise. I still can't believe I forgot my drink sadly.

1st taco bell I've stopped at in awhile where the doritos taco wasn't stale. Still no Mexican pizza yet
