Employees are friendly and helpful. Phone service is ok. Had problems in the past with payments deducted from my bank account. Now I go in the store and pay cash. No real problems.

Will not go back to this store. The customer service doesn't even deserve one star but it is Boost and the service plans they have are okay I just know to go to Navasota or any other food or any other Boost Mobile than this one

They where not helpful at all and as a matter of fact they sent us on a runaround wasting our time and gas

Only gave this one star because I had to put something worst place I’ve ever been they told me I had great service where I live then I bought two iPhone eights can’t even use them for what I got them for he had me believing that the hotspot will work good so my kids can do her schoolwork can’t even get on hot spot he talked me into buying attachment to my phone to hook up to my vehicle it dont work 😡😡😡😡

Worst costumer service ever! 👎 👎 My husband, and I have been costumers for a long time now, but that seems not to matter to Boost Mobile! We are switching to Xfinity where they do care about our needs!!
