I recently purchased a 2023 Scout from Shorts. The team was professional and prompt in our communication. I drove from out of state to take delivery of the vessel and upon arrival everything was in order. The team was ready at 9am for a sea trial in 35 degree weather to ensure everything was in working order. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Overall the process was nice and easy. I would recommend.

Shorts Marine has been absolutely fantastic in helping us find the perfect boat for our needs. Hats off to our phenomenal saleman, Paul Kreiser, who went above and beyond to ensure we got the right model and options and that the boat was delivered on time. They are top line boats, jet skies, and water fun equipment providers. Very Professional.. little pricey on some things but not over pricey, Specially for how top quality the products are.. Also their mechanics are well experienced.. so you will get good work done.

But they do like to over charge on certain objects that you can get from other stores at half the price or 1/3rd of cost they charge..
so don't spend 25$ on a plug to keep water out when you can go to hardware store and buy a plastic 3/4in plug for 1$

We had a great experience. This is our first boat and they took the time to learn what we needed and what was perfect for our family. John was great during the demo and showed us how to operate the boat and gave us pointers along the way and made sure we felt comfortable before he left. Thank you Shorts for a great experience and a great boat for our family!!!

Everyone you talk to here is willing to go that extra mile to help with any questions you have. Price are competitive with others in the area. The service department is very good and in saying that they are usually 2-3 weeks wait on that, but its worth it for the quality in my opinion . just had the windows done this year, believe it was Mike that did them. All I can say about them is WOW what a great job

Recently purchased a used Pontoon from Paul Kreiser at Short's Marine and the experience was excellent. He was honest, pleasant, easy going and helpful. Jeanny in finance was also great! Very responsive to questions and very helpful. Thanks Short's...see you in a few years for my next boat!

I can say that this dealership has a wonderful set of associates that are extremely professional , polite , considerate , timely . Paul in sales was a pleasure to explain a novice jet ski buyer what the differentials between makes ,model ,years , brands. I can't say enough about his passion to help buying my first jet ski a memorable experience. *****Bob the master sea doo tech was very patient in reviewing the ski ,trailer and all maintenance needs for over an hour ***** they all set the standard for excellence!

What nice guys at this store. They were super helpful and even stayed a few minutes for us. We will absolutely give them our business in the future.

The personal always seem to very courteous and respectful of you time and listen to your questions. each time I have gone to shorts, I've usually found what I needed or directed to a alternate solution. Finally this is one of the few places that can handle Evinrude motors. I've not had any issues with any repair that they've done.

I brought my boat in for a pre-spring/summer tune-up. After looking my outboard over, the mechanics at Short's, determined that my outboard was siezed up, from a leaky head. :( not the news I wanted to hear, and surely a shock. However, with a simple inquiry of what my options were, steve got right on explaining the different motors available, and my options on financing. Long story "short", they set me up with a brand new mercury outboard, and took care of all the minor issues on my old boat. They were very helpful, and communicative. They took me out on the water today, and showed me all of the features of my new motor, and sent me back on my way. I'm looking forward to spending the summer on the water, without the uncertainty of the performance of my old motor. Very pleased.
