From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an outstanding experience. They truly exceeded all expectations. My puppy can be quite squirmy, but they handled him with such gentleness and expertise, making him feel comfortable and at ease. The end result was nothing short of spectacular. My puppy emerged from the grooming session looking absolutely adorable, with a coat that was impeccably groomed, nails perfectly trimmed, and a smile on his face that spoke volumes about the positive experience he had. Just wanted to say thank you so much to our groomer Jazmyne. She was wonderful with our (over 100 pounds) dog Kubota. He had a lot of long matted hair that she was able to smooth out for him. He's 11 years old so we were worried about how he would deal with this. Jazmyne took her time with him and made him look like the handsome senior dog he is. This girl is a great asset to your store. We will be forever grateful and will always bring our fur babies here from now on. Thanks again

Everyone is always nice at the registers. When the line backs up the cashier always calls for back up which arrives quickly. They offer cats for adoption through rescues and have dog training classes as well.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to our collaborator Deysia, who took care of my dog ​​and left him in a way I've never seen before. I'm Brazilian and I had taken him other times but the last time I noticed that he was different, very fragrant, she made him with so much care and the best part was that he wasn't sad after going, he was very happy and beautiful. We had a great experience here purchasing a new reptile. The staff were pretty busy but did a great job helping us and juggling other customers at the same time. We were able to get everything we needed here plus it was at least $30 cheaper on a few large priced items. We ended up leaving another pet store to come here because they not only didn't have much available on the shelf for accessories but they also didn't have many staff available to help. I'm really glad we ended up here it worked out better then expected

Alexia is super smart and devoted! I always love coming to this location. They helped with my daughter’s first hamster it’s been great ever since. Thank you for taking the time to educate me on Beta fish! Continuing being awesome! They’re lucky to have to have you!

The groomer here is fantastic! They made me and my dog feel welcome and comfortable. Even my normally skittish dog let the nice woman there brush his teeth!

Miranda is the absolute BEST associate at this location!! She is always so friendly and willing to help. She has helped me on many occasions with crickets or fish questions and always greets me with a smile and asks how I am!! Overall, I like the manchester PetSmart over any other location in the area.

Usually really crowded, but rarely have trouble finding what I need. Their adoption events are great and I had an awesome experience with the groomers who bathed our puppy. They said she was very well behaved and afterward she smelled great and had a cute bandana! Definitely will continue to use their grooming services.

I take my dog to PetSmart for grooming and they do a wonderful job. Casey is a shihtzu mix and 14 years old and loves being pampered by the groomers there.

Just got my puppy Trigger groomed there for the first time, and they were absolutely amazing with him, he came out so happy and clean! Aliyah R. was so nice to me and Trigger. Definitely recommend and will be returning!!

I frequently go to this store as I have a lot of different animals, basically have a small zoo in my house lol. I love this store! Everyone is always very nice and helpful, they are also very knowledgeable. I love that they recognize us, mostly by one or more of our pets, and we are always made yo feel welcome. They never look down on you in any way and no question is ever a stupid question. Out of all the big name pet stores this is definitely my go to.

Went yesterday 8/25 to pick up my online order, the lady that was servicing that department was awesome. My order was brought to me quick and she also explained to me what I could have done to make it even faster next time. She is great and deserves to be recognized it was on 8/25 around 4:30 p.m

My first time there. Nice waiting area. I appreciated being able to sit down. Groomers were extremely helpful, courteous and pleasant. My dog is reluctant to go into groomers (she hates getting wet) . They were very gentle with her. Would recommend pet smart to everyone. Prices were reasonable.
