I always appreciate cashiers and service people who are friendly and helpful. Tristan, in addition to being a miracle worker fixing my phone is always pleasant and goes the extra mile to be helpful. I recently completely crushed my iPhone. Assuming it probably couldn't be fixed I tried several places to get a new phone the same model as the one I managed to drive over in my gravel driveway while I waited for the mall to open to see what Moble Saver could do. Tristan didn’t bat an eye when he saw my phone. He took it and said come back in a half hour. I returned to find what appeared to be a new phone. I can’t describe the relief I felt, especially after price of replacements.

They got the screen in for my phone within 24 hrs and fixed it in an hour no problem. The guy there is also very honest about what protective items really do and don't work for phones. They also did the job $50 cheaper than the next cheapest quote I got.

Called first to make sure they had a new screen for my iphone 12 pro after Batteries Plus told me it would be 2+ weeks because the screen was on backorder. Mobile Saver Plus owner was super nice on the phone, gave me a quote and told me they could fix it in 45 minutes. I headed to the mall and had a new screen and bonus screen protector at the time promised. And the price was $70 cheaper than what Batteries Plus quoted me. Would definitely recommend if you need a new screen! These are the guys who used to be at the mall kiosk and now have a storefront next to Red Robin - they have been fixing phones for a long time.

I came here to get my iPhone XS Max screen, multiple other stores told me 378$ & at least 3 days wait. Mobile saver plus charged me 178$ & they were finished within 30 minutes. They were worked with me, were very professional & extremely nice! I will definitely be recommending them, & coming back anytime I need a phone fixed!

Excellent customer service! I cracked the screen on my s7 edge. Other places told me that they couldn't even get the part anymore--this place got the part the very next day and fixed the phone in under an hour! Very pleased with everything about this place! Even though this place a an hour drive from where I live, I will make the drive if I need any more cell repairs because it's worth it! Very nice and helpful employees! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, and the owner is great! My husband had an auxiliary cord snap off in the headphone jack of his phone. The shop had the part ordered for him within days and a very reasonable price quote. My husband being who he is, he tried to fix it himself based on a youtube video, which involved super glue in the headphone jack and seemed like it might work. It didn't and made the problem worse, which they could have easily charged more to fix but didn't. In fact, the owner gave a discount because he was able to salvage the back of the phone and didn't need to replace it. All work was done in under an hour. I would definitely recommend this place, very reliable, personable, and reasonable!

I’ve had about 3 or 4 phones repaired by these guys and each and everyone of the A; were reasonably price but also B; fast 15-30 minutes and I had a brand new phone basically for less than $100! Best of all I didn’t have to go through apple! 😁 I would highly recommend this to all my friends and families is you’re in a tight pinch or need a quick repair!

The man who helped me was amazing. I broke the back of my iPhone 8+ and I went to various locations in town and estimates ranged from $200-500 or simply did not offer the service. I felt a wave of relief when he told me it was only $95!! He was so friendly and took the time to make sure what was needed to fix it. Wonderful service!

The gentlemen that work here will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and for a fair price. They not only helped with fixing my phone, but diagnosed the problem with my wife's phone that occurred while we were in there (not his job, just tried to help). It took 6 hours of travel and waiting at Sprint and the Apple store to figure out what he did in minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone!

only place in town that would fix my blackberry screen and they did a fantastic job with it. Quick and professional and phone is fixed like new. Highly recommended and will go here any time i need my phones fixed in the future. Prices are what is to be expected for the cost of parts and labor.

Absolutely hands down the best service imaginable. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone. It was repaired in 20 minutes and the cost was half of what two other competitors were asking. I highly recommend them for you repairs. Excellent!!

My son dropped his phone down a stairwell and really broke the screen. They replaced the screen in under 45 minutes for about $90. Quick great customer service, preferable to mailing the phone for warranty repair.

Over the course of 6 years I've had a number of phones that have needed repair & I've always come to MobileSaverPlus. Their word is bond when it comes to good quality service in a timely manner. I highly recommend you bring your phone here for repairs !

I've always heard good things about it for a while, but never had much of a need for phone repairs... and then my Iphone stopped charging. I was quickly directed there to get it fixed. Worried all day about the price of repairs, or how well it could be repaired, and the result was... humorously unexpected. I get it there, suggest that I think the piece has gone bad, and he instantly looked at it and said "No, it's fine." Took a quick metal piece, and managed to get a big piece of lint unstuck. He went back, tested it, and it's still working fine. Honest, fast, and effective. As for more serious repairs when they're needed, well I continue hearing good things from others, which is why I was directed there as the first stop. No regrets, great service.

Tristan fixed my iphone screen quickly, flawlessly, and for about half the price of all the other service providers in the area. While waiting, I overheard him helping another customer and offering to stay late so the man could come in after work. 11/10 recommend.

I came in with a shattered screen a few minutes before the store was closing and the owner graciously stayed late and helped me. He was very kind (offered me a ginger ale) and stayed until my phone was fixed. They were wonderful - I hope I never have to go back but will only have my screen repaired here if I do!

Great service! I brought my iPhone 7 plus

in thinking it could not be fixed because it was bent in the middle. To my surprise Tristen was able to repair the phone! The service is fast, friendly and really affordable! I highly recommend this repair shop!
