Hollywood Burchmart

It's a gas station. Convenient spot, coffee is ok, the pizza is fine. The manager, Melissa, who I saw someone write a not so nice review about, has paid for my stuff when my card was declined. Obviously this is only because I'm a regular and she knew I'd be there the next day and pay her back.

This place has been under new management now for a year or two I think.. anywho..The new Staff is Amazing and willing to help if you have any questions or concerns and are not like the last team!! Give em another shot!! It even looks cleaner now!

Always my place to go only problem is it says online that they are open till 12am so I came there at 11:05pm thinking they would be open and almost ran out of gas cause the card reader didn’t work so I wasn’t even able to get gas to go to wawa. You guys need to change your closing time on the website so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Other then that I enjoy everyone one in there expect the short haired manager with glasses she not very good with customer service... just saying she needs to work on that if she continues to be a manager being I’ve worked in customer service for many years and she’s not doing to well. Maybe a training course could help her out lol

Convenient and open later than many places.

FREQUENTLY find product's and snacks on the shelf to be expired. Always check the date before purchasing here. One of My worse experiences was buying a 5 pack of Hostess donut's early in the morning before daylight and finding that they have mold all over them, AFTER taking a bite. After looking, they expired 6 months before that day.... The employee's here seem to always be rude and treat me like an inconvenience everytime I shop here. I have NEVER received a Thank you, have a good day, or anything of the like after spending my money here. It's great to employ younger people in high school and college, or people who nobody else will hire, but at least pick some that know a little bit about customer service and respect...

It was ok! Parking and entering and leaving are difficult. Prices on Hostess cupcakes were double of what I usual pay anywhere else.

Managment all the way down to the employees just straight rude. Nothing but miserable county trash. You can tell they want nothing to do with you even though its their job. The manager melissa is so RUDE. But then again i guess I'd treat people who are better than me like garbage if i only made 13 dollars an hour.

Need to change their online hours. Im sick of trying to go here before 12 just for them to tell me they are closed and won't help or let anyone in. I feel like certain employees make their own schedule or something. Work when they want. Irritating. There isn't anywhere else to go besides wawa when it's late and its too far.

Very rude and demeaning staff. My debit was declined due to their machine as it posted on my nfcu account as going through and posted and was told by the EXTREMELY rude employee Kim that I was holding up the line and obviously didn't have any money. Never will go here again

Charge for gas you aren't even pumping.
