Cunningham Cabins

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The big house in the front was perfectly set up for my family, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for my children before and after a hike through fall creek falls ( a beautiful state park near by ). It was a home away from home with a rustic touch of Tennessee. Highly recommend, will be coming back soon!

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The cabin was cute and perfect for 2 to 4 people. It sits on a rolling hill with a stairway behind it leading down to the river. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. We spent days just playing in the river. We cooked breakfast inside, using pots and pans provided, and grilled out in the evening. We roasted marshmallows in the firepit outside and had smores! Fall Creek falls and Rock Island State park were very close, as well as Burgess falls. All in all, we didn't want to leave and we are already planning our next trip back. Telling everyone about this place!

With the ability to work remotely, I had the opportunity to stay in Tennessee for a full month. I chose the Pond Cabin, as it looked like it had everything I needed, including confirmation of really good internet.

It was amazing little find tucked away on the large property, with a beautiful little river running by it, with a picnic table half way down the path to the river, letting you sit there drinking your tea and and enjoying mother natures show..

The little kitchen worked perfectly for my needs, and the fireplace quickly warmed up the cabin when the nights got chilly. The rocking chairs on the front porch were a perfect fit for enjoying the afternoon sun, and the beautiful dusty rose sunsets.

The shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and internet was incredibly fast. Sparta is a wonderful small town, with the amenities of a bigger town, so you can get anything you need within 15 minutes, but get the peace and quiet of the country at the cabin.

The month I had there gave me the reset I needed, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors that showcase the natural wonder that comes with Tennessee. I look forward to returning again sometime in the next few years to spend another month there.

Stayed another week here this past month and it was just as great as the last time. The lady that ensures the overall cleanliness of the establishment is a true gem. She had the house stocked up on things you usually dont see in rentals. Snacks, were prepared in a basket upon on arivial, plenty of dish soap, and a few water bottles. She was extremely kind and helped, as well as knowledgeable about things in the area. She must love what she does because everything we've visited it has been a solid 10/10. Can't wait to come back next year!

Me and the wife stayed the weekend and it’s a great little getaway place that was cheap and cozy,,only fault I saw was the shower floor was a little slippery and the shower head doesn’t pivot all the way down and sprays out but not complaining about it just mentioning it ,,still loved the place and would highly recommend it for a weekend get away and stay for a couple

Back again, 2 years in a row, to stay here for another month. Just as lovely as it was last time.

Great improvements as well with a new Roku TV, brand new sheets on the bed. They had the heat turned on a few hours before we got here as well, so it toasty.

The new Keurig machine is a nice touch, as well as seeing the few minor kitchen things I added last year still here to use.

My little fluffy guy is ecstatic as well, as he has this huge big yard of 40 acres to explore and play in, sun himself on the front deck, and frolic in the leaves.

Such a lovely feeling to sit in the rocking chairs in the morning sun, sipping on coffee or tea.

Absolutely loved this place ! The ranch house was big enough for our family of 8, fully equipped with everything we could need. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The area it's located in is absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect balance of being in the wilderness but still having access to the town and activities such as the caves and waterfalls. We will be going back !

Couldn't have booked with a better rental company!
Took me about 5 minutes to have everything set up and all I had to do was show up from there. James that works with the realtor company also sent out emails with short, easy to read directions on what to do upon your arrival/departure. They had a binder on the table with lists of local food places, and some of the most breathtaking sights nature has to offer, and a special shout out to the cleaners! The sheets/towels were fresh and there wasn't a spec of dust to be found. I could go on and on but, to end with some closing words THESE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND QUALITY WORK!

OMG! This place is amazing. Beautiful scenery,fishing, hiking, and everything In between. My fiancé and I stayed in the 1br pond cabin and it was just wonderful. The land that these cabins are located on is so pretty we never wanted to leave. We would have stayed longer if we had more time off work. Definitely will be recommending to friends.

My family and I just left this place today and I had the best weekend in a long time! The house had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The owners are nice and hospitable as well! I would recommend this place to other people!

Perfect getaway for two! The cabin was clean and they covered so many of the small necessities that it was easy to pack light for the weekend. The location is beautiful. It's in a natural setting with a lot of privacy.

Very centrally located to allll the waterfalls (Cummins, Burgess, Fall Creek/Cane/Piney, Virgin)! Loved that the cabin was pet friendly, and we found it to be affordable and to have most of the amenities we needed during our stay (and some extras!). We stayed in the efficiency cabin and enjoyed it.

Quaint and semi-secluded, (the cabin next door was vacant during our stay). Nice little anniversary getaway.

Was an awesome vacation getaway spot, wasn't a day they didn't contact us and see if we needed anything, beautiful landscape, peaceful, definitely recommend them
