I had a Galaxy note 20 ultra that had both the back and front screens cracked. They told me it would take about 3 hours and had it done within an hour and a half. If I ever have any problems with any damaged screens I'll definitely be coming back and will be highly recommending this place to everyone!! And the guys working were super friendly 😊 couldn't have asked for a better experience

They were great. I had them repair a screen on my zfold 5. They had a tough time and did crack the screen. But the important thing is they fixed it and did a fantastic job. Not all jobs go smoothly but its about how you handle the situation and they did an amazing job. I am extremely happy. Would definitely come here again. (And I have 3 young kids so it will only be a matter of time until I come back)

Very friendly and easy, reasonably quick. Phone screen was replaced, looks brand new, no complaints!

Everything went very smooth, was so easy to set appointment, staff was friendly and prompt. Technicians were quick to work on my product. The only downside to my experience is that they were unable to repair my product, but that was of no fault to anyone there, the damage was just beyond the value of a new product. I was not charged for the diagnostic services I will definitely use them again if needed.

I had baddly damaged the screen on my cell phone and was unable to transfer my data. These guys resolved the issue and transferred everything. These folks know there stuff.

Asurion Phone fixed my screen on my phone. They told me the time it would be ready and surprisingly it was fixed at that time..Looks like Verizon finally did one thing right. I'd much prefer to speak to Asurion about my broken screen then to Verizon. Verizon is definitely not the company it used to be. There all about money now. I'm very satisfied with Asurion. I'd highly recommend them.

Amazing service! I had my iphone 11 updated with a new battery and had the charging port cleaned out...the phone is like brand new again! I will not hesitate to bring my equipment back here for any kind of service. I would give 10 stars if I could! Staff was super friendly and the tech was a really nice guy as well! Thank YOu!

Although they were pretty sure they couldn't fix my old S9, they graciously did a diagnostic run. I highly recommend Asurion-Seabrook if you have any trouble with your cell phone. Competent, helpful, and friendly are good keywords to describe them.
