Parva Sanford Colombian Bakery-Cafe-Restaurant

Had lunch at Parva today with two friends, and I must say, it was an overall enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and served promptly, which made the meal even more satisfying. I opted for the Ropa Vieja, a traditional dish that was beautifully prepared. The plate came with tostones, yuca frita, and maduros, all of which were cooked to perfection. The meal was accompanied by the house soup, which surprised me by being served in a generously sized bowl rather than the usual small one. The soup itself was rich and comforting, a perfect complement to the rest of the meal.

The location was quite busy, which speaks to its popularity, but despite the crowd, I found the parking to be convenient and ample—a definite plus in such a bustling area. That said, for those looking for a more relaxed dining experience, I’d recommend trying their second location in DeLand. It has a quieter ambiance, which I think is better suited for an evening dinner where you can unwind and enjoy the food at a leisurely pace.

As for the service, there were a few hiccups. Our server, Natalia, seemed a bit confused at the start, which led to some initial miscommunications. However, once she got the hang of things, she was attentive and ensured our dining experience was pleasant. My company was great, which added to the overall positive vibe of the lunch.

One piece of advice for those considering a visit: if you’re looking to keep the bill reasonable, stick to water instead of ordering drinks. Parva offers a pretty good value for the price, especially when you focus on the food, which is undoubtedly the star of the show. All in all, I would definitely recommend giving Parva a try for its delicious offerings and the overall experience.

This is an amazing find with delicious food and great service. My wife and I decided to try this place for breakfast, and could not have been happier with our choice. The minute we walked in we were warmly greeted and that level of care continued throughout the visit. The food was spectacular and my wife’s breakfast sandwich was filled with unique flavors like a hint of garlic that made it one of the best I have tasted.

Dinner was so delicious. The pastry was fresh. The service from Laura was outstanding. I will return to try the Lomo, among other options on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was GREAT. Got 2 different dishes - the steak and pork were really tender and flavourful. The coffee was very good (latte). And the Guava and Cheese pastry was so good we went back for more to share with family. Would definitely go back.

First time I came to this restaurant and I only got empanadas which were beef and chicken and both of those were really good. They had two sauce choices and those were both excellent. Lot of display windows with other food in them and I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the offerings. I have been told several different things that are excellent here.

I live in deland so I have never been to this original location but wow! I came early In the morning and decided to try the chicken pastry as I've never seen it before. It was INCREDIBLE literally amazing, chicken was moist and flavorful, and the pastry itself was so flaky and tasty. This place never disappoints!!

One of my favorite restaurants in the area! I usually get a Chicken Rice Bowl, but decided to get a Grilled Chicken Sandwich this time. So good!! The bread was buttery and it had chicken, grilled onions, cheese, and mayochup. Also, the fries are super crispy! I also have to always get an empanada and something from the bakery section. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything that you get here!

Everything was delicious here, but it is to expensive for what you get. Food is not farm to table but you are paying for that type of quality. If still go but not on a regular there are to many options that are more reasonably priced

They grew! I ordered the steak and onions plate with Maduro, yuca fries, and a Lulo in water (smoothie).
The churrasco was great! I didn't care for the veggies side. They worked very well with my allergy list.

First time visitor. I had a Cubano and some coffee. Both were delicious. I also enjoyed the cheese breads that came with the meal. The girls who took our order and served our meal was very helpful explaining some of the things that we were interested in trying. I wish that I had room to try more items but I left comfortable satisfied.

This is the 3rd time I come. The young ladies are excellent and provide amazing customer service. They changed the menus but food is good and not pricey.

This place makes Sanford worth visiting. Friendly staff, phenomenal food, service and atmosphere.... we came in they gifted us sweet bread (we took home a dozen) absolutely amazing experience.

This in my opinion is the best Colombian place around Orlando. The food was really great and tasted like home. The empanadas were huge and fresh. The arepa Paisa was delicious and the picada was excellent. The service was great. The food is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

I was very happy with the food and also extremely happy with the service given by Stephanie. She was awesome and very pleaseant. Professional and a great server. Her smile lit up the room and I will definitely be coming back.

Ordered the Chicharrón Bowl and I have to say that food at Parva Colombian Restaurant is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service and the staff are very friendly with all the guests. I highly recommend this place.

The food is Fantastic. I have enjoyed all of the lunch specials. The food is very well prepared. The baked goods are a fat kids delight. The staff is great. The location is clean and very well maintained.

Authentic authentic authentic! Everything we have had here so far is delicious! Just tried their tres leches and holy cow, this is the BEST I've ever tasted and I've tasted soooo many from different latin backgrounds.... Must try!
