Service was quick. Staff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.

Understand when waiting on you to upload the app for McDonald's, love the workers they do a great job, Thanks McDonald's employers.

Went through the drive-through on a road trip. They got my order right. Lots of napkins in the bag. In and back on the road quickly.

This has been one of the best McDonald's I've been too. All around great!

The staff was nice I don't know the guys name with glasses my bad,but he is very nice and got my grandson burger right he won't eat anything but plain hamburger

We have 3 McDonald's, and this one is very efficient with a great morning crew. This is the way McDonald's was meant to be. I drive the extra mile for that service.

I got a quarter pounder not like it used to be you're in and out there's always easy access off the highway though oh no not too bad I ain't right in the a to you I don't know if I got I gave you just because the girls the window

Finally my app started working again. I almost stopped going to McDonald's because of the app problems.

Just went through for Breakfast and everything was fast and hot. Drive thru employees were very friendly and pleasant.

In and out quickly. I don't eat out very often anymore. Trying to be more healthy as possible. When I do come here service is fast, my order is correct, and staff are very friendly to me. As for corporate all I've gotta say is bring back the snack wraps. They were delicious and honestly not that bad for you especially the chicken one. That was my go to.

I'll be honest I hardly ever have a good experience here at this location but today my cashier who's name is CRAIG was absolutely amazing he had the most upbeat personality wasn't rude at all which is normally how the workers here are! I walk away telling my son how nice it was to finally in counter a friendly worker who seems to be happy to be here at work and as I go back up to grab my drink a older man in his 50s asked for the manager so he began to explain to her how he was having a really bad morning due to his dog having health issues and this young man Craig came over to him and asked if he was ok and told him everything will be ok and was just caring and was there to listen to this man who sat alone and was visibly sad he took time out of his day to care!! Sad it's a rare thing in today's world!!! So I just want to say Craig is amazing and caring and I hope he gets treated well here so thank u Craig for being you a smile and kind words go sooo far u never know what ppl are dealing with!!!

It was very clean and had seating for large group. Staff was friendly.

It was clean. The food was warm and good. Much better than springboro's.

Service was horrible. All I ordered was coffee with sweetener and cream large sweet tea with no ice they gave me black coffee and I watched her fix my tea and it was unsweetened. So when I said excuse me ma'am I asked for a LG sweet she had attitude and it was the manager. Very unprofessional

This new GM has really changed the way they operate. This GM has the Lobby open all day, and now Truck Drivers don't have to risk their life walking through the Drive through.

As much as I do not care for the operator of this store it is only fair to leave honest reviews and this morning I ordered through Door Dash and I couldn’t change the location to the Middletown location so I had to settle with this store and honestly the food was good, hot, quick, and everything I asked for was in the bag so congrats to this location. I do appreciate a good morning sandwich and everything was excellent!

Showed up a few minutes before 9pm with a group of teens. The customer service was amazing. Rachel was the absolute best!!! They were running around like crazy making all of our food plus the doordash orders and drive thru. Rachel brought out all of our food and asked multiple times if we had everything and accommodated each and every request. We had a great experience because of Rachel.

The food was honestly delicious everything was right only thing was the ice cream machine didn’t work but that’s ok! Food was well seasoned everything was right fresh and delicious💛🧡🤍

We just stopped in for some fries for my daughter. The fries had too much salt on them for her to eat them, but the staff was glad to replace them and was friendly about resolving the issue. Service was quick and courteous ... We are satisfied customers :).

Employees were super while I was at this location.
