I've come here a couple times and the staff has always been helpful! Chauncey was absolutely fabulous in finding me a solution for my windshield wiper flying off. He even installed it for me in the cold! Fabulous guy 😊

I was looking for a washer for my 2004 Silverado’s front differential which is a very difficult part I find. I had a guy named Chauncey helping me. Turns out they don’t carry this part at all. Finally found it at the dealer. But Chauncey tried everything to locate this part for me. He could have ordered one but it would’ve taken a week to get there from another store in another state. He was about to order it but I had one on order already I just didn’t want to wait until the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and the $5 sacrifice would’ve been well worth it had I found the thrust washer that day. But I would like to thank Chauncey for all his efforts even though we couldn’t get the part that day or find it locally. He tried and did all he could and that’s all a customer really wants. I didn’t walk out dissatisfied but instead I thought “I’ll be returning to this store with that kind of service” keep up the great work brother!! I appreciate it!

Chauncey was such a huge help, he was professional, greeted me when i came into the store, and helped me more than expected. He stayed after he was scheduled to be off to continue helping me replace a hard to access headlight on Dodge Charger. Chauncey had a lot of knowledge about cars. He deserves a raise. This location is amazing! I don’t know much about cars, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything. Lynn helped me look for an item I could not find, and she found it right away! Bill helped me pick the correct bulb for my blinker and even went out of his way to change it out for me, and I’m super grateful! Thank you for everything Lynn and Bill! 💯 recommend

Outstanding I well in looking for 1 product and clerk asked what were the symptoms the car was having and I did. He said my jeep needs new spark plugs. I bought the one's for my jeep, changed them and it starts up every time.

This store is located next to a Hertz. I was having a problem with a rental car and when I got to the Hertz office, it had closed early for the day. So, I went in AutoZone to see if someone might have any tips about my issue. The staff went way above and beyond to help me. Someone who wasn’t even working came in just to work on my problem! He removed some panels around the radio console to find my driver’s license which had fallen between a gap in the console area. I was and remain so grateful. The staff also had a fun rapport with the customers coming in and out. I would definitely visit this location again if I lived here. Thanks for the help!

Went in because I had an odd issues with fuses and my car locks that I couldn’t figure out for months. Every other auto zone I went to had young kids that have no idea about old schools, but this auto zone has “Willy D” he helped me figure out my issue within 5 mins! Great customer service and very helpful! Thank you Willy!

I needed a battery for my Kia shortage and Arthur was amazing and went way out of his way to help me. I asked if he could help put it in my car and he didn't hesitate but when getting out to my car he saw that my air intake was over my battery and they aren't suppose to take any other parts off your car except the battery. I told him my car is dead in the parking lot and I wasn't sure what to do. He said no problem and proceeded to put my battery in! I seriously can't thank him enough! Thank you thank you thank you!

I have never been one to leave a review, however my experience was above 5*. Jasmine B was straight to the point, knowledgeable, and personable. Went to return car battery that was wrong size, thinking that was that, but she got me the correct battery and changed it for me all in about 7 m in minutes. Rad chic that knows her stuff, I even learned a bit. Thank you, Highly recommend!!
