Wendy's

Food is good, but when delivered it sometimes comes with old tasting fries, it's either restaurant fault of delivery fault?

Usually if you see a long line wrapped around the building it means slow service and cold food. NOT today folks, the end of the line started just inside the parking lot and there had to be at least a dozen cars. Our wait was less than 10 minutes. Our food was hot, cooked perfectly and the staff was cheerful. Keep up the great work!!

Had one of the best Wendy's burgers in years.

Food was great restaurant was closed the drive-thru was open but took forever to get through probably 10 to 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and there was only two cars in front of me

We got the new orange dreamsicle Frosty. Awesome

It seems like they got off to a rough start, but things have leveled out and their service is pretty great! I feel really bad because my dad was picking up a salad and fries for me and asked if it’s gluten free (I have celiac) and the cashier he got was really sweet and explained it all to him, but her manager jumped down her throat and took her into the back to talk to her. My dad said he hoped she didn’t get in trouble and the manager explained that they have to be careful in case anyone sued. I know my limits and if I ever get glutened, I accept it as part of the risk, I personally would never blame anyone. As a chairwoman of the customer service committee where I work, I really appreciate the effort and knowledge the cashier put into explaining the ingredients and storage procedures behind their different menu items. ❤

The Oberlin Wendy's is usually backed up, but don't let the line fool ya as these hard workers keep things moving and cruising.. along..They'll dance and sing a song, with you - if you do! Whether it be a Jr. Bacon
Or a fresh lemonade shakin, a frosty with fries or a chocolate milk for your child that cries. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sure to make your taste buds twitch.. with delight
The prices aren't a fright, you'll walk away with money at the end of the night.

They are open fully functioning restaurant with normal hours yay!! And the staff was as excited as I was!! It's nice to go in and have someone take care of you..... I will say they're drive through was constantly packed the entire time and they are quick... I look forward to going to breakfast there lunch and dinner at least once a week... Double triple thank you!!!

Seriously the most immaculate fast food restaurant I've ever seen! Service inside was excellent. People actually engaged with you and it felt more like a local restaurant than an assembly line to get you out of there. Kudos to this Wendy's!

Service was great. Staff truly pleasant and helpful. Food was hot. Restaurant clean. Went inside because drive thru was a little long and still got in and out. First visit to this location while visiting home.

The drive thru was fast and the girl in the window with bright green hair was real friendly. My food was hot a little messy but that’s fine

A guy was super nice when we asked for fresh nugs and 1030pm. We really appreciate it and he even said thanks for choosing Wendy's 👍

The best burgers 🍔 very kind service give this Wendy'easier.
But on a Baconater pretzel but it is suppose to have bacon 🥓 check before you leave drive up window.

Been on a "hot" streak here, as every spicy chicken and box of fries has been very hot and fresh. This place is also very clean.

I'm so glad they opened a Wendy's in Oberlin!!! The food is really great as always. I feel like the staff could be a little friendlier. Everyone seemed angry.

Quick service, including drive through. Tastes fresh. I've been there a number of times with no problems.

Went today to get French fries and frosties. Everything came out good.
