McDonald's

I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and efficiency of their service. The burgers were tasty, the fries were hot and crispy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

I usually have my sandwiches customized and for the most part they get the order right. Quality of the food has been extraordinarily good lately and ordering through the app makes them extraordinarily inexpensive too.

Jackie was one of the few who helped me. I'll be honest, I don't normally eat fast food but I was too busy and hungry to wait. There was a customer offering to purchase for a stranger who was unable to pay. Due to a technicality, Jackie bought the customer's meal. Smiles, laughs, GRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR ONCE, FOR ME IN A LONG TIME ‼ This world can learn that a smile and little generosity can make someone's day. It really gave me faith, made ME smile too. Thanks and although I don't eat fast food; that's a fantastic meal on 83rd and Greenfield

The staff was friendly. They even had the Easter bunny there for the upcoming holiday. Food was fresh.

Nugs were arranged beautifully! Great experience!!

I come through here often to do late night pick up, and the employees are always awesome! I love coming to this McDonald’s to do pick ups for deliveries because the people make a difference! They should be teaching other 24 hour McDonald’s in the area Customer service and manners!

This is my go to on holidays the only mcdonalds open accross the whole city thankyou didn have no food forgot about Christmas cause don't celebrate an everything was close you saved me an my family today from going hungry for the day

This location knows how to make the best iced mochas! I debated sharing on here bcus I don't want their machine to break down! The staff in morning (when I am there) is extremely friendly also!

Went around 12 on a Friday night. Bill came to $53.66 and there was only 1 meal on the order. They didn’t forget anything!! Nobody was rude about my large/complicated order. It was quite pleasing to be honest!! Kudos to y’all!!!

My Order was taken in a Matter of time and it was read back to me before I Paid for the food, now that is what I call doing your job and been very professional now when I picked up food I was not Ask did I need any condiments I was just giving my bag I then had to ask and I got them

Omg, being a fast food restaurant, it was delicious. I followed my daughter here after leaving a horrible 10hrs in ER.
Never would have thought McDonald's would be a comfort food for me. We both were famished. Let me tell you the wait was worth it. Fries were fresh, not stale n dry. I had McChicken with pickles 😋. Being so late, the food was excellent ty

Service wasn't as quick as usual, but understandable since we're a large family and we ordered during dinner time which is considered rush hour. Most times, our order is missing something, but rarely does that happen with McDonald's. The employees greet you with a smile, they never rush you to place your order, they always ask if you'd like anything else and will let you know your total. Prices are higher, but so is every other restaurant.

Giving 5 stars . Food was good, experience was good, but the best part was a woman who was working there, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, I was order 291, made sure I got my food in time to catch my bus. She seriously made sure it got done in time. I can't thank her enough. If a manager reads this, please thank the woman who helped order 291 on 12/17 to catch his bus, she was truly great.

Went late at night when other fast food places were closed. The menu was limited but the food was hot and cooked recently. Glad to see some McDonald’s still caring about the food they put out. Thank you to your staff.

Went on a happy meal run :) food was ready quick and it was easy to pick up my order at the drive thru using the McDonald's mobile app

Just stopped at 8 PM Sunday night. (9-15-19)
The young women who took my order was excellent! Then got to pick up window. The women who served me was awesome as well.

Cool that they have a cash/change machine connected to the self checkouts. Will gladly come back anytime!

Always a bit of a wait but I also go 11pm or later so that is expected. My food is always fresh and they are always nice and professional with me. Perfect late night snack run.

Very fast and nice customer service

I was hungry after work, I live in Greenfield, nothing was open! Not even the 24 hrs McDonald's near me so anyway I asked Google to show me fast food open near me. This McDonald's was the ONLY place open at 2:30am. I waited in line for about 10mins total from start to finish but the chicken nuggets were so crispy, the fries were fresh fresh with the right amount of salt. Get this!.. the ice cream machine worked too! The cashier was super friendly and in a good mood. I thanked them for being open, the cashier giggled. I throughly enjoyed my food and the service, TOTALLY worth the trip!
