Great shop with great technicians & employees. Diagnosed my car's issue (and confirmed my diagnosis), got the parts ASAP, and finished the job well before I anticipated... and for much less than I expected. Kudos to the manager, Kevin, and to the technician, Michael... they both went above and beyond. Definitely will definitely recommend it to my friends and co-workers. 🔧

This place is great! Very professional and got me back on the road in no time. Then made sure everything else was all good. . Spencer,Kevin and I think his name is Kyle or Carl treated me very nice and very informative about my car. I would recommend these guys anytime!

This place is was great as usual this was my 3rd time coming here to have wk done this place is always clean I've never seen a woman so I have to assume these guys not only give great customer service but they're also neat and clean. They don't Just fix your car, They tell you what and why they are doing it the way they are.
The lobby, seating, and Play rm are always clean BUT wait for it So are the restrooms. This is an all around great establishment

I would highly recommend this location. We booked an appointment for front and rear brake pad replacement after another shop told us that we needed both sets replaced. We chose this location because the price was significantly better than any other shop in the area. After taking the wheels off, Kevin (the tech at the location) told me that we didn't actually need the front pads replaced at this point. Many other shops would have just replaced them anyway - to make the money from the extra set of pads. Thanks to Kevin for saving us some money - will definitely go to this shop for other future needs.

This shop has been a great experience for my two cars. Today they got me in with no appointment to patch a tire and diagnose my TPMS light issue. They are polite, quick, and quality service.

Went today for an oil change. Great service and the waiting area was nice and clean. I don't know much about cars but the guys gave great advice and it didn't seem as if they were trying to get over on me. Definitely will be coming back!

Came in for a quick tire repair - with all the construction had a good-sized hole that they were able to patch and rotate my tires in under 30 minutes. Great service. Friendly team. Recommend!

What a great business to have in FV! Have used them several times for tire needs and I love them every time. Also love that I can get all my other shopping done while they fix my tires!! They do a great job patching holes from all the construction without trying to upsell. Simple. Fast. Friendly.

Unfortunately was in desperate need of new tires. I was a customer for many years in VA,so I decided to give F.V. the same courtesy. Well, they didn't disappoint. The staff was super nice and eager to please. I was given an estimated time for completion and they actually went under that time estimated. I would definitely recommend.

i recently had the experience of having to get new tires...which is never fun...but i must say that Kyle at tire kingdom made the whole experience a great one! He and his staff were attentive, and he didn't try to sell me the moon...just what i needed. Having an honest person to do business within a car repair shop really means a lot and i will be back. Big bonus points for having me out in less than an hour!

They were helpful and knowledgable! I got new tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers. An employee there, Kyle, even offered to help me load a wheelbarrow into my car. He saw me struggling and figured out how to make it fit (had to take it apart). He was so sweet!

I cannot express how amazed I am with the customer service and speed with kindness at this shop! Kaleb the assistant manager was stellar at communicating and delivering at extreme speeds! Josh the master tech always came out to me throughout the entire process with the physical parts to show me and to insure me that the needs and safety of this vehicle is being met. Kevin another mechanic Exceled the process tenfold pushing me out the door an hour early then predicted. Overall this team and store has won my family's business for a long time! Please give these guys a raise, I'm a fellow mechanic for the army I know this can be a thankless job. Guys you arent forgotten! Keep it up!

I had a great experience here at NBT-National Tire & Battery. I had my oil changed and got my car inspected. I did not wait very long-maybe 30 to 45 minutes. If I had went to my usual place I would have been there for at least 2 hours. Needless to say I WILL be back here again. It was great here and I recommend this place!!!

Super quick and professional service with repairing my tire! They also noticed I had my two year old with me and were so nice about it. We will be back!

Had to drop my car off for an inspection. The process was easy and quick. I used the drop box and my car was ready early. This was very convenient for my work schedule and the staff were friendly and easy to work with.

I’ve bought 2 sets of tires from NTB in Fuquay. I paid for the Flat Repairs Life of Tires charge and am I ever glad I did. Today when I brought in the flat tire, it was repaired in a timely manner, the spare was filled, a lug nut was replaced and I was kept aware of the situation by Kaleb at the front desk. Julian who worked on my car was very professional and nice.
On another occasion I stopped by on my way out of town for a quick tire pressure check and the mechanic who helped was also very nice.
I would recommend this business. I felt that I’ve gotten excellent customer service each time.

What a great experience! I had a flat tire, headed right in and and got everything taken care of and back on the road within 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and made an already stressful situation a breeze. I will be going back for all my future tire needs!
