Dunkin'

Close to noon, I used the drive-thru to see if I could get some breakfast and an iced coffee. I was exhausted! I asked a number of questions, some of which were nearly incoherent. Finally ordering a English Muffin with turkey sausage with an iced coffee. The gentlemen taking my order was so patient, answered all my questions, and fixed my breakfast sandwich fresh to order perfectly. I was so pleased with my food and service, but the reason I took the time to write the review is my iced coffee. He asked how I like my coffee and I responded with an expressive moody measurement (no numerical references involved) and the coffee was perfect. I nearly inhaled it. So despite disputing my spouse on multiple occasions about why America does NOT run on Dunkin, I may be swayed otherwise now. I don't know his name but Kimberly checked me out. She was pleasant too.

I live right by a dunkin’s that i go to faithfully but i was running errands and came to this location and they were exceptionally awesome! my coffee has literally never tasted this good before, i am seriously shocked! and all the workers i encountered at the window were so sweet and inviting! it really made my morning better!

Everytime we visit we are greated by multiple employees. This location does a great job of making sure every customer is taken care of. We always order ahead through the app and pick up in store. I find it quicker to pick up in store rather than go through the drive thru since the line can sometimes get backed up. Overall, this is a great location!

I wanted a good fresh cup of coffee yesterday around 4:30. I had the best customer service I've had in forever! The girl was so sweet... smiling all of the time and just a happy girl. .... making me feel extra happy! She was outstanding! Thank you, sweet girl!

The drive thru worker with the long braid and bangs is the sweetest person, she made my day

This place was pretty bad. It’s under new management and I thought I’d give it another try. Service was great. Donuts and food order was correct and fresh. Coffee was very good (not old or watered down. They were very busy but maintained a good attitude. Much better than in the past.

Their system was down this morning when I went in for breakfast; however, the girl that informed me of their situation also presented the idea of placing my order via online and they could make it while I ordered. I was very impressed with her professional and proactive attitude, especially at 5 in the morning! The coffee and breakfast sandwich were awesome as well! Best more on the go breakfast I've had in a while! I will definitely be back!

They did not have my roasted pepper wrap available but they made me a breakfast sandwich that I wanted as a replacement. Great service!

I was scared to come here because of bad reviews, but I love my Dunkin coffee! So I placed a mobile order to make it easiest and to get in and out. George the shift manager was wonderful and very accommodating because they didnt have croissants. They switched it out for the sausage egg and cheese wraps and they tasted like MAGIC! George cooked them himself! Hot, melty cheese, soft tortilla and cooked to perfection! I also received a larger coffee for the inconvenience. Now THAT is service! Go during the day and ask for George!

I typically come by weekly due to working around the corner. I got the air today that something was different. I noticed a man in a blue collared shirt working to cook and handoff food at the drive thru. I sense there is new management and whatever he (or she) is doing, is working. You still have less-than-conversational cashiers and staff but at bare minimum my food was hot, my order was able to be fulfilled, my drink was correct, and this was the first time I hadn't heard "we are out of" an item. Kudos to you, Dunkin! Get your drive through people to be a little bit more hospitable and you're on your way back up!

I don’t know the name of the person who took my order the the drive thru but they were a PLEASURE to talk to. They were friendly and engaging in a way I did not expect but it made my day!

Based on other reviews, I guess I got the “happy crew?” I went during a weekday afternoon. Everyone was kind to me and the other employees.

The food and coffee was fine- standard Dunkin’ and would go again. My coffee was exactly what I ordered and my donut wasn’t stale so... all good there.

Marquis was awesome. He Made sure all of our drinks were completely accurate, was super friendly and accommodating. In the past we have had some issues with drinks not being right but Marquis made sure that our visit today was all correct and all smiles! He did this all while he was also training someone else! Thank you for the amazing service!!!!

Me and my wife were regulars at Starbucks. We had a slightly complicated order but we went so much they all knew us so we didn't have to order they just knew what to make. Well the quality of the drinks became so poor on a daily basis we decided to try Dunkin and I went in with low expectations but their Iced Caramel Macchiato with the cinnamon & sugar topping mixed in with cold foam on the top is absolutely amazing. Not only does the taste beat Starbucks but the price is better (we save about $5 for both our drinks) and we've yet to have to go back in and have them remake the drink. Only thing that I wish they had to make it even better is blonde espresso but I'm not even complaining about that since everything else is so much better. If you swing through daily to order a coffee at Starbucks then I suggest you give Dunkin a try. If you end up enjoying it you really have my wife to think since she's the one that talked me into it

Best donuts around and even better customer service. Made sure he was available when we were ready to order. Coffee was piping hot. Donut was fresh. Thank you for making our experience great again!

Love there coffee and Donuts. I always get Vanilla coffee. I just went there yesterday 2/8/24 and got a French vanilla hot coffee. And it didn't taste like it usually does. I'm very disappointed at that it didn't taste good.

I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts years ago, and to me they blow the competition out of the water. Excellent coffee too! If you Love a spectacular tasting donut, I unreservedly recommend them.

Five stars because their prices are awesome and their product is great. I got coffee and donuts can I have those items down pat.
