EDIT - I spoke with the owner of the location where I was dropping off a package today. He has been there for a long time, and I never actually realized he was the owner. He told me that the store should never be closed before the posted hours (He was never there during the times the door has been locked early), and that he had addressed it.

Thank you for your help! This location is generally a great place to buy UPS postage and do drop-offs/returns.

I’ve come around 6:00-6:15 PM three times in the past month, and the door was already locked with employees standing inside. It is unacceptable in the shipping industry to close your doors while you’re stated to be open. This negatively affects my business as well as my customers who are expecting to receive products by a certain cut off date. I typically enjoy this location, but until this nonsense stops my review will stay the same. Change your business hours If you are unable to accommodate your current stated hours or stay open until closing time. It’s really that simple.

Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)

Wonderful service. Helpful employees. Store associate, Calvin, went out of his way to assist me with preparing a large item for shipping and he printed the return label from my phone. He did everything with courtesy and skill.

I frequent this store for my Amazon returns. Hunter is super friendly and efficient. I can count on him to always give me a compliment too. I always leave with a smile. 😊

Was satisfied with wait time in line. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and organized. Prices were decent.

The owner and staff at this store are always extremely pleasant, professional, and just all around really fabulous. Had to take another big and awkward package there for a return this afternoon and the young man at the counter went above and beyond to assist me. Would recommend %100000 and will return (sorry guys, lol). Wonderful!!

I came in with a lot of family heirlooms to ship to California. Not organized at all, just a lot of stuff. Some delicate and breakable.
This UPS store team dove in and took care of it, wrapping it carefully. It all arrived safely! The cost? It wasn't cheap, but totally worth it. I recommend this store to anyone for their care and hard work.

I see mixed reviews for different services, and I can understand when folks don't get what they expected. For my particular need, on two recent occasions I've had large fragile items that needed shipping, and I simply left the packaging in their hands. The recipients said everything arrived intact. I will use them again for packaging services.

The older gentleman that works here is always so kind and helpful. The other week I needed to ship some collectible cards to a seller, which I’ve never done before. He so graciously answered all my questions and even gave a strong suggestion to use a box instead of a padded envelope. It was nice that he cared enough to make the suggestion!

Joe is awesome!! I had a huge industrial item that I needed shipped for our business!! Joe help me determine whether free or a box would be the best way to ship it!! The rest of their team was awesome and hard-working I can’t say enough good about this UPS store!!

I rarely need to ship items so its always a pain. Luckily on this particular day I dealt with Joe Malak. He was great to work with. Very kind and helped me get a large 70 lb item shipped at a reasonable price. The other gentleman there was great as well.

I was very impressed with the competent and helpful staff. Tye worked with me to get a science poster printed quickly, as I was running short on time. He explained clearly what to expect and notified me as soon as it was ready for pick up. Friendly staff and excellent customer service . Will definitely use their services again.

Very kind and friendly staff. I shipped a pretty large package to Canada at a really good price! I would definitely recommend this store over a FedEx or USPS store in shipping packages. I would definitely come here again if I need any other service.

I recently shipped a piece of fragile artwork and they did an amazing job showing care and consideration and getting it shipped with delicate hands and no breakage. I used them a few years ago for similar artwork and with good results .... do I decided I would entrust them again. Thank you Ephrata local UPS Store for a great experience.

I was juggling a big return package to send and a small baby in my hands and they were so helpful, opened the door and took the package right away and took care of it, I was in and out which to always helpful with a little one! Great customer service, ThanKS for making my day easier!

Lindsay and the rest of the staff at the Ephrata UPS Store are great!!! Anytime I need something printed or shipped they are friendly and ready to help. I also had a photo canvas wrapped there and it turned out wonderfully!

Good place, Fast service, Friendly Employees… I come here regularly and I am usually in and back out the door in 5 minutes.
