Erika went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. I felt like I had a personal shopper who cared about helping find what worked for me. If she's not management, she should be. Everyone I've encountered in this location has been super friendly. Prices are steep, but from what I understand, the clothing speaks for itself in quality. Can't wait to lounge in my joggers in complete comfort.

A lululemon location above the rest. This place is an immaculate display of the lululemon brand with no stone left unturned. Each side of the store is dedicated to men’s or women’s clothing and the store is staffed well with plenty of chipper associates to help you with any questions.

This Lululemon pop-up shop has plenty of merchandise- men and women’s! Pants, shorts, shirts, sports items! A great selection in all sizes!!

I never write reviews... and I have been into this Lululemon probably a hundred times... but I had such a great experience, that I had to share! Karly helped me today and was SO AWESOME! like my own personal shopping assistant. Product knowledge A+, so friendly, and helpful. Next time you go to this store, find Karly. She's your girl :)

My shorts were not performing the way they should but have already worn them Stefanía (hopefully I spelled it right) was able to exchange for a bigger size even though I had already worn them appreciate her and the store exchange policy

Best Customer Service Ever Received!!!! The store manager on Sunday afternoon (6/11) was the NICEST woman I have ever come in contact with; and I apologize in advance for now remembering her name because she deserves tons of credit.

I had a problem with a previous purchase and she was more than willing to help. So much so, we ended the transaction with a hug!

Some might say it is their job to fulfill a customers needs but it was the most pleasant and graceful transaction I've ever had.

We had a lovely experience at the Lululemon Fashion Center in Scottsdale. Thank you to Kathy, she was the sweetest team member and went above and beyond to help my daughters and I. Great customer service, helpful, and nice! It was a pleasant surprise in this crazy, busy season of retail. This will forever be our favorite store!

Emma was amazing!! This is the second time she’s helped me out in the store. She was very attentive to who she had previously spoken with and how they were doing. She repeatedly helped me find a size and fitting room. Even though the store was extremely packed she stayed on top of it! I also noticed she would help other associates when ever she could. Always presents, always willing to help. A little on the high end side but great quality great customer service. They're amazing if you have any problems with seams or any problems with sizes. Great place overall.

My wife and I visited Scottsdale over the past weekend. I was in need of some new ABC slacks. Upon entering the store we were greater by the staff a few times asking if we needed any assistance. We found what I was looking for really quickly, everything was nicely placed in the cubbies, so it was really easy to find my style and size. I apologize if I butcher the spelling of her name!!! Kelly was the one that assisted me with the dressing room and also sizing my slacks to be hemmed. She really did a great job making sure the length was correct ans talked my wife and I through the process, along with being able to pick my pants up the next afternoon. She left a lasting impression and really did a fantastic job.

The service we had at your location was perfect. We went to multiple stores looking for outfits for my wedding party and the associate we worked with (Allissa) was awesome. She was the only one motivated and driven enough to find the shorts we needed. I had gone to the Scottsdale quarter location twice looking for help and thankfully we tried your location. She saved our wedding and earned our business for a lifetime. Thank you so much! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I really never shop here because it is so expensive but my sis insisted I try on their leggings. DO IT! They are magic, holding you in in all the right places but not tight and uncomfortable at all. I think it is because they offer so many sizes and I found them true to size. Also, the different styles fit the same way in the same size which means you only have to try on one pair. If you're an 8, you're an 8 in everything. Plus the staff here is ALWAYS outstanding!

I can’t rave enough about this Lululemon store.
I took my Wunder Trains to the Flagstaff store to get them hemmed, their seamstress truly butchered them (poorly matched thread, uneven stitching). When I picked them up one of the Flagstaff employees told me about how wonderful the Scottsdale Lululemon seamstress is so last weekend I drove here to drop the butchered WTs off to be fixed along with two other pairs I was afraid to leave at the Flagstaff store.
I can’t tell you how wonderful Mason (I hope this is the correct spelling) was! Not only she assured me the botched seams will be redone but she also promised me they will all be mailed back to Flagstaff so I don’t have to drive 2.5 hours to pick them up. I honestly would have been fine driving back to pick them up but I agreed to have them mailed back…. Sure enough FedEx dropped off my package with the hemmed tights today and they are freaking perfect!! Straight stitching at the correct hem width and with matching threads.
Thank you Lululemon at the Fashion Square in Scottsdale! Nice job training your employees to deliver outstanding customer service and go above and beyond.

I was visiting from Missoula, MT and took a pair of shorts in to get fixed because a stitch came out. They were very friendly in the store but the coolest thing was, whoever shipped them back out to me wrote a note including the message GO GRIZ!! since she/he was an alum. Made my day :)

This by far is my favorite Lululemon in Arizona. I've always had good experiences and everyone is super friendly. Today, I called to order a pair of crops over the phone (because I'm sick and don't want to get anyone else sick, but obviously still need to feed my addiction) and one of the educators offered to bring the crops by after she got off work because I was on her way home! They always go above and beyond at this location.

Dalton at Lululemon Scottsdale Fashion Square provided me with top notch service, and he should be recognized as a top employee! He went above and beyond to show me the differences between the various types of shorts and pants. He patiently answered my questions until I settled on the commission slim pants. They are ideal for both my social and professional activities, and I have to admit, they are the most comfortable pair of pants I’ve ever worn. I look forward to waking up in the morning to put them on. Way to go, Dalton and team! I’ll be back.

Incredible service! I climbed Camelback Mountain and had a bad fall. I was so upset that I wore my fave Lulu pants and ripped the knee out. I was on vacation and wanted my pants replaced. I walked into the store bloody knee and all. I asked for the same pair and Jaylen helped me find them with such kindness. When I went to check out Jaylen and Brooke, the manager, told me they were doing a complimentary exchange! I still can’t believe it! Their kindness changed my whole energy and day! I’m a Lululemon customer for life! So thankful for Jaylen and Brooke.

Great experience here especially thanks to Noah. He did an amazing job helping me find all the right sizes and walk out with my first set of Lululemon
