Hōme Studio is an amazing space with incredible community. Grateful for all of their amazing classes: yoga, barre, boot camp, and their events are always something I am glad to have attended. Thanks for being a Hōme away from Home!

Fantastic studio in Placerville right off Hwy 50. All the teachers I've taken from are amazing, very well rounded offerings and grounded in yogic philosophy--not just poses. They also have bootcamp, sauna, and cold plunge. Highly recommend! Thanks HOME!

The best yoga studio I’ve ever encountered—the teachers are amazing and the community is so welcoming and supportive. Our whole family loves this studio—kids, mom and dad, and grandma.

A great open and safe place to practice. 6:30am practice is grounding and an ideal way to start the day. I also enjoy yoga church on Saturdays where you can get a warm practice and find space to allow you to find your voice in chanting mantras. I love that the studio has all the props one typically needs for practice and even mats are available if you don’t have a mat or forgot to bring a mat. Sweat towels are available as well as mat cleaning sprays. The outdoor shower is a nice extra if you need to clean off your sweat before taking off to work.

I finally took my first yoga class there this morning with Becca and it was truly incredible. The space itself is very zen, super welcoming and relaxing with a gorgeous plant nursery outside as well! The owner Eden was very kind and warm. I felt super comfortable there as a first timer and I will 100000% be going back again for more classes! What a special way to start my day!

This is the best yoga in Placerville hands down. Yet they offer more than just yoga- bootcamp, Barre, pilates, kids classes, and events. To top it off the instructors are all warm and friendly. I highly recommend!

The Meadow Connect rocks my socks off! They have fitness classes for all capabilities, ages, etc. The instructors are informative, fun, and always seeking to help individuals improve. The Meadow Connect has a perfect blend of relaxation and hard work for whatever mood you are in that day. Member for approx. 7 months.

The intention of this space is felt down to the bones when you attend any class. Warm, caring, talented teachers will help you connect to body and mind in an empowering and strengthening way. It'll be your second home!

I am so grateful to have found this gem in Placerville. Eden has created such a welcoming, fun, friendly space at the Meadow. I love the diverse offering of classes (it’s not often you find a yoga studio that also offers barre classes!) and the amazing group of teachers at this studio. The teachers make a point of meeting everyone that comes to class and making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. You instantly feel like you belong here.

Let me begin this review by saying I have always resisted Yoga, although I intuitively knew it was EXACTLY what my aging body needed. My massage therapist, Stephanie, echoed my intuition during our monthly sessions, ‘Erika, you must try “The Meadow.”
It took me several months, and numerous times of hearing about this “amazing” place from others in my little circle for me to finally get there. I have wanted to write a review from the beginning, but honestly, I just did not know where to start singing my praises for this special place and its people. It is TRANSFORMATIVE!

From the moment I walked in to the Meadow, I was greeted by friendly coaches/instructors who eagerly welcomed me into their dynamic community. I have been faithfully attending Kauit, Barre and Yin for months now. One aspect stands out to me is the quality of instruction: Attention to proper alignment and form is emphasized throughout the classes. They offer gentle corrections and modifications as needed, ensuring that we perform the movements safely and effectively. I always leave the classes feeling not only physically stronger and more flexible, but also mentally and emotionally refreshed. I find the combination of Barre and Yoga provides a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and serenity, leaving me feeling invigorated and at peace. The messages are always timely and inspiring!

I highly recommend The Meadow to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and overall sense of well-being. The instructors expertise, the thoughtful sequencing of movements, and the serene atmosphere make it a must-try experience providing a well-rounded and holistic approach to fitness and wellness.

Hands down my favorite yoga studio!
If you are looking for a truly conscious practice and a wide variety of classes that include live music, dance, strength training and the purest forms of yoga you have come to the right place. Eden has provided a beautiful space for our community to come together and experience the variety of her talents and her very gifted teachers. There is something for everyone here all ages and all abilities.

The Meadow Connect is an incredible space that feels like coming home. If I could spend all of my time here, I would. The barre classes are an amazing workout that never get boring, you can get any type of yoga you want, and the workshops include sound baths, mantra nights and other awesome holistic offerings. Eden has created such a beautiful community here and you’ll often find a group of people lingering after class because it’s just where they want to be. The meadow is truly a home away from home, come check it out!
