Grateful Body Pilates

Been experiencing serious shoulder pain on and off for years and I finally had enough. Seriously the pain prevents me from getting decent sleep. I heard through the grapevine Nicole was good and most likely Pilates was the solution.

Just had my first session yesterday and I feel a significant difference in my pain level.

The studio is warm and welcoming. My time flew by and I’m looking forward to my next session.

Nichol creates such a safe welcoming space for people who are new to pilates and nervous about pushing out of their comfort zone. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to connect, grow and learn together. I truly cannot recommend trying it for yourself enough.
