Arby's

After a disappointing trip to the first Arby's ever in Boardman, where you barely had any meat and no sesame seed buns we came here. THIS IS ARBYS!! Boardman owner should be ashamed at the corners his store cuts. Great job North Lima!

As we left Boardman at around 1:30 pm (03/25/2024), we decided to stop at Arby's to get something to eat. Since we had over an hour drive, we decided to go inside to order so we could sit for a little while before making the trek home. The young lady who took our order smiled, kept her focus on us, and then asked what we would like to order? I mentioned my eye was dilated and I couldn't really see the menu. She told me to "please take your time, I understand. It's okay." OMG, anyone else might have been annoyed. Not this young lady! She was extremely kind, amazingly friendly, and whatever the VERY BEST adjectives are, which describes or defined her wonderful attentiveness, and heartfelt courteousness from such a positive minded considerate and polite young person. I'm still in awe! I think awesome and amazing aren't as grand a description as she deserves. I'm so grateful for such genuine kindness. Anyway, The restaurant was spotless!! It was refreshing to see that the crew that works here took great pride in what they do! Kudos to you all for the wonderful job that YOU do!!! BTW Arby's, thanks for hiring them. I'm sure they have impressed the socks off of everyone they've served thus far. Since it's my first time here, I took a few pictures of the dining area for Google Maps. As I did so, I heard orders being given/taken at the drive thru. It's pretty awesome watching how fast they cleared the orders and cleaned their space as they went along. Hmmm, was the food hot? Well, even with the drive thru orders before us, our order was completed in approximately 3-5 minutes. However, It honestly didn't seem that long, because after I took pictures of the entire dining area, I sat and had a conversation. Our food was so hot and delicious that I didn't take photos because I couldn't stop eating until it was gone. On our way to the door, I said thank you again. I mentioned to my friend that they need a bell or something so y'all know how much you're appreciated lol. Then as I opened the door to go outside, I turned around and loudly wished everyone a Happy Easter! My friend said the same thing right after. Thanks so much for an awesome experience ☺. It was beautiful...

First thing I noticed was how clean the parking lot and building are kept.

Always keep an eye out for coupons and specials! Gone are the days of 5 for $5.... But Arby's is still tasty and the cherry turnover is the best!

Always use the drive thru. I hate it when I come in the enter side and drive around to the order area only to find and see car after car cutting me off by barging in on the exit side of Arby's area of parking. Signs, markings, and directions are definitely needed for the confused and lazy patrons who do not wish to wait their turn! The employees just say "Oh well."

The employees at this Arby's were wonderful. They were professional and nice. The food was all fresh and the tables were clean.

I have eaten at this Arby's a half a dozen times or more in the last two years. It's always been clean and their staff is always friendly. Last night my daughter and I stopped there to try the new Arbynator sandwich and they're special of two of them for $6. They were very good but came with a horseradish sauce that I wasn't expecting but found it to be very good. We stopped right before closing time but everything came out quickly and correctly. That always impresses me.

We don't come here often. But the food is always hit and tasty when we do. Had one order messed up, but the manager made everything right and was super courteous and professional!

Beef and cheddar, French dip sandwich were great. Also loved the turnovers. Clean and friendly.

Arby's is awesome! Seriously, you can only do so many fast food burgers, and then you gotta have something that really hits the spot! I love this arby's in North lima. Easy access in and out, and the employees are awesome! Never have to check my order before I leave, because it has never been messed up! Love!

I came here the other day and ordered a meat mountain. It was fantastic. The person making the sandwich, I believe her name was Shelby, was very enthusiastic and happy to make it. My meat mountain was delicious and very well made. Cudos to the chef.

10/10 would recommend. The service there was incredible. That Koby kid is so dedicated and hardworking and he served my food with a smile. Watta babe. My meat mountain was excellent. I'll definitely be back

This is my regular lunch choice when I am at work. I love their bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and the gyros are delicious! Also like the jamocha shakes.

I bought the Turkey Club sandwich. It was very good. You could tell there was bacon on there, which is missing on alot of the sandwiches out there that call they're paper thin bacon, Bacon.

I ordered the original roast beef combo and added lettuce, tomato and mayo to it... absolutely love it! It doesn't matter what you order there, it's all delicious!!

Prime Rib Cheesesteak is delicious! The 2 for $6 are excellent deals!!! Fast, Friendly Service & Everything was Hot 🔥
