Dunkin'

Since they remodeled this place has been amazing!! Fully staffed, quick with orders, not listening to coworkers drama, like in other dunking places!! They are respectful, have great customer service skills, and funny! My order is always correct!! it is nice to see people smile and enjoying their morning! It makes my every day Dunkin morning run a delight!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name while being so surprised by the level of kindness received even while busy;) The female manager working today 3/1 at 430pm with two tone colored hair was so kind and professional. The app was not working and she went out of her way to help me. It is truly appreciated. Thank you for caring about your customers. Sorry I didn’t get your name;)

I did not go in the building. I went to the drive-through for this reason I did not read the atmosphere. But the staff seem friendly and quick.

I had to take a minute to recognize an employee at the Dunkin Donuts on Atwood Ave in Johnston, RI. I visit DD regularly and have had good experiences. The last few times I was lucky enough to be helped by “Joanne” she said everyone calls her JoJo. She has to be the most kind and helpful person I’ve come across. She literally makes my day! I leave with a smile each time she helps me! Nowadays, that’s hard to find. Thank you JoJo and keep it up!!!!

The staff are always friendly. I go here everyday for lunch and have never had problem. They always make my order actually as I ask.
