We are very happy with the service we received from Woodruff Energy. Ron and Steve were professional, friendly, and did a great job installing our new gas boiler and hot water tank. They arrived timely and finished the job with no problems. Both were polite and answered all our questions. The job was done neatly and all work materials and replaced equipment were removed when the job was complete. We were confident that they knew what they were doing and had much experience in their work. We were also pleased with the office personnel with scheduling and following up on our installation. They, too, were polite and very friendly. Thank you for a job well done!

I would like to thank the two service techs who installed my new air conditioning system and worked tirelessly for two days -- Brian and Brian. They were on time, very courteous and polite and very neat. Very much appreciated, and l thank Woodruff Energy.

Earl has visited 3 times in 2 weeks for plumbing issues- kind, prompt, and skilled! All Woodruff workers who have entered my home over the past 18 years have been the absolute best!!! Amazing company!!!

Woodruff Energy are lifesavers, both literally and figuratively! Up until very recently, we dealt with a different company for our HVAC and plumbing needs, but have been experiencing a decline in quality of service. Last month, we started to notice the random smell of gas in our heater room, so we called our regular company. Multiple (pricey) visits later, they admitted to smelling it, but since they couldn't find the source, they told us not to worry about it- it was "probably nothing". When we needed a shower faucet combo install last week, we decided to use Woodruff instead. Our technician, Earl, immediately commented on the odor- then proceeded to find the source of the leak and fix the problem before even starting the shower quote! We're so lucky to have found a company whose employees are not only skillful, but who genuinely care. We will definitely be relying on Woodruff Energy for future needs, and if possible, requesting Earl specifically.

I called Woodruff because I had a strange heater issue and they were out same-day to inspect it; the office showed a true sense of urgency based on the details. They made recommendations based on my constraints and were ready to install it within a week. Brian and Ken came out to do the work, showed up on the early end of the hour arrival window, and worked steadily to get the work done, as well as asking aesthetic questions about the unit placement and the wall paneling that had to come down. I appreciate the entire experience and believe that my safety was their paramount concern - good to know, where a gas powered appliance is concerned. But I also appreciate that they cared about how it would look, when in place.

We had Woodruff Energy out to clean our furnace and install a new thermostat. Mark, the technician was excellent. Mark was professional , knowledgeable and courteous. We could not be happier with the service we received. We highly recommend Woodruff Energy.

I called Woodruff because my heater was constantly running. They were trying to get someone to come the same day but that didn’t work out. Which was ok since it’s unseasonably warm out. The next day they sent Earl to my house. Now I’m not one to hover when someone is working on something but I stuck around while he worked. Explained what I thought might be wrong and he listened. He explained how my system worked as he went along. Clearly very knowledgeable. While my job was an easy fix I have no doubt if it was more complex he would have done great with that. He also gave me suggestions on how they could change some wiring since it’s pretty old. I will request Earl in the future (if that’s allowed 😁). Also I appreciate the friendliness of the office staff. I’ve had contact with a few of them and all pleasant and willing to help in any way they can.

Woodruff Energy is a great business and responds to customers needs and making recommendations to ensure your heating and AC system stay in top shape. Had my system inspected and checked out and Mark did an excellent job!! Thank you!!

Mr Mark Hubschmidt was considerate, thorough, and did a quality job in the cleaning and servicing of the boiler and new replacement of the defective auto air vent. I must add that over the many years we are pleased with the installation and work that Woodruff has performed. From the front office to the tech people, we couldn't have receive better service. Cannot say enough positive things about Woodruffs. Staci in the office was extremely helpful right from the start. Long story short, Howie and Brandon came out to our home and did some very challenging work repairing propane lines in some hard to get to places, and really got us out of a tough spot. They did an excellent job replacing the old lines with new ones, and the workmanship in which the job was completed was a huge relief, knowing things were done right. This group is a pleasure to work with, and if you are in the market for anything Woodruffs can support, I would HIGHLY recommend using them. Amazing organization. Thank you all!

Woodruff energy has assisted my family’s fuel needs for years now. Going the extra mile to make check in calls before holidays to make sure we have enough fuel to get us through the short period of time that they are closed and as farmers this is more than appreciated. Our Woodruff technicians have been very friendly and patient answering our questions. Technicians call before coming and keep to the time frame they schedule. They explain the repairs they make to us. I have been blessed with their support upon the death of my husband when they covered the cost of our fuel oil. I have been very satisfied with everyone at Woodruff Energy.
We had an emergency and technician came out right away. I am just totally satisfied with this company and the services they provide.

After purchasing my first home with oil heat, I was unfamiliar with how the system worked and I needed the tank filled with the winter weather approaching. A friend recommended that I call Woodruff who exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing competitive, the customer service was great all around. Staci and Michelle, who set up my account and answered all of my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable. Ron, who was awesome as well, came out to my house within a couple of hours of my initial call to inspect and fill my tank.

After the experience I had today, I was happy to hear that Woodruff also offers plumbing services as I have a few plumbing matters that I will be calling them for in the future.

The entire team at Woodruff have been professional and straightforward. Bob Muffley guided me through the quote and financing process answering all my questions and making it a simple process. The office staff were courteous working to get my job schedule while accommodating my own work schedule. The install team of Jeff, Justin, and Sean were wonderful and professional, confirming specifics of the installation , providing status, and showing me how to use the new unit. This new unit is already showing me a huge difference to my old unit. I highly recommend the team at Woodruff!

They were kind, courteous, and a wonderful help to me in a time of distress , a lot of things pile up in your life, but they were very very understanding, and should be praised and given accolades for their job.

I've used Woodruff Energy for almost 20 years, maintenance, and fuel oil.
I've had "Hub" as my tech for the last decade and will not have anyone else service my system as long as he works for them.
Cheaper options are out there but you get what you pay for !!

The technician, Carl,came out as scheduled.
He is a excellent technician. Very professional, very pleasant, knew his job very well and and answered any and all of my questions.
Informed me of the condition of my AC units and my heat pump unit. I was unaware of the bad situation that my units where headed.
Very satisfied with Woodruff Energy and Carl’s professional work performed. Would highly recommend both.
