Love this place! Cassie (the owner) is beyond friendly and an expert at explaining the menu and options. She’s got you covered for so many aspects of wellness and fitness goals. The protein shakes are the best flavors and they change monthly. I love stopping by on my way to work for breakfast or after my workout to hit my protein goal. If you just need a pick me up or you are serious about your health goals, this is a great place so support you. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I don’t know what I did before I discovered it. Cassie is the most genuine and caring person and she is so invested in helping her customers achieve their health goals. Not to mention the shakes and teas are UNMATCHED in flavor and they’re healthy 🤯

Amazing shakes and healthy energy options! I love apex before the gym, for an after work pick me up, or as a healthy lunch stop! Cassie is always changing up the flavors and they’re always AMAZING! The environment is also so warm and welcoming. Definitely stop in!

I am a huge fan of Apex. I have been going there ever since it first opened back in March. Cassie has always been so nice and welcoming. She always remembers me, my mom and sister. She is such a kind soul and truly cares about her work authentic. Cassie always is hustling to get us our shakes and they end up being a 10/10. I truly have never had a bad experience there and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Cassie is so nice and knowledgeable! Since the close of Smoothie King this is my go to for a healthy option! If you did smoothie king before you have to check out Cassie's place! Way better IMO!
