Brett and the rest of the staff at Tire Discounters were wonderful to work with. They made sure to fully assess my car’s needs and get me the best deal possible. They were also quick and efficient in getting the work done. I will definitely be back!

Todd, the manager will take great care of you. Their prices are good and the service is excellent. We've gotten tires on several occasions and are always pleased. Like any service center, plan your visit and you may need to leave your auto. But they do have a nice waiting area as well if you need to stay. Also there is a Culver's and Kroger nearby within walking distance if you want to grab lunch or get groceries while they work!

Took my car in today for service. Was referred by a friend and told that I would get excellent service. I was reading all the positive and negative reviews on here about this store so wasn’t sure what to expect. But let me tell you…. This manager Kristen was THE Most helpful and friendly person I have ever met in this kind of service field. The recent negative comments I read anyone with any sense about them could see that person is not very bright and has no idea what they are talking about, probably just another negative Nancy in my book. Thank you Kristen and your team for all your hard work and making this a POSITIVE experience!!! I truely appreciate it!

I'd never been to Tire Discounters before but got a flat in my F150 near the store. Boy are these folks taking good care of me, definitely going above and beyond. They've just earned a repeat customer.

Brought my husband’s Challenger in to get new tires. What I love about this place is you get a free round trip with Uber. I didn’t have to stay and wait around for the car to be done. Friendly and fast service. My go to place for tires!

Best place to have your vehicle worked on. Talk to Todd. Highly recommend for service! Bought 4 all terrain tires for my truck. They found I needed a new wheel bearing as well. Glad they found it. They will do a good job on your vehicle.

Mr. Cliff was super sweet! Explained all the different options to me and made sure I knew what I was getting. My car was ready in just a few hours, during which a complimentary Uber ride was provided so that I could wait in the comfort of my home. Once it was done, *another* Uber was provided to take me back to the shop. On top of all that, any time in the next 3 months, I can come back for a free oil change!

My husband and I purchased new tires for my vehicle last weekend. It was a great experience. I love my tires, and everyone who assisted us at this location was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful.

I truly appreciate the services of the staff at Tire Discounters on Wal Triana. I was having a battery issue with my vehicle this morning and my car would not start. I called and spoke with Todd, the manager. He assured me that they would take care of myself and my situation, and they did. I had my vehicle towed in and Todd graciously received it directly into the bay. My battery was replaced and my car was up and running in no time; under an hour for sure. And when I made mention to both Todd and his co-worker at the desk (whose name escapes me at the moment) that the tow truck driver had visualized a nail in my tire), Todd made an appointment for me to come back later that afternoon to have that issue taken care of since they were occupied at the time with helping other customers. When I came back later, the other gentleman at the desk kindly informed me of the situation with my tire. He graciously worked alongside me to find two replacement tires. The job was done in a timely and proficient manner. I appreciated all that Todd and his staff did today to help me. They saved the day!! I have used them in the past as well and I have never been disappointed. I give them a perfect 100% for stellar, kindly, and competent service!! Thank you so much again and again!!

Always have a great experience with this location. Staff is informative and thorough. They are always busy but never rush you. Service is unmatched. I started coming here because I stopped last year with low tire pressure and they got my squared away, no questions asked. I thought they handled that request so professionally that I would come back. Purchased tires on my last truck, sold it. Needed tires on my new truck and didn't think twice about where to go!

Quite simply amazing customer service after another location (a competitor) basically told us to kick rocks after having a scheduled appointment. With barely any notice, we needed tires replaced for a trip. Todd jumped through quite a few hoops to get us into the door, even worked through some inventory issues and got us in earlier than expected.

Today was my 2nd time @ at the Waltriana location and they have a customer for life. I am a mom with a 17yr who is a new driver and having peace of mind that my baby is driving a safe car is priceless. They offer a variety of services, and offered me solutions at every price point. Really great group of people and a Great company.
