Culver’s

This is a newer location, and I gotta say they did a great job and am so happy to have Culver's in Plano now! The food at every Culver's I have visited is always made fresh to order and comes to you nice and hot! The quality of the food is good, in my opinion, as well, not burnt, not undercooked! The wait time wasn't bad at all and the service workers are very friendly!

I had a butter cheese bacon burger- probably 1000 calories, but deliciously decadent. My friends enjoyed both her salad with chicken and soup
Albeit a fast food restaurant, the employees were gracious and helpful.

chicken sandwich really good. chix soup has a weird flavor. can't explain it. diet root beer is excellent

Jenny took my order today at the window and had the most positive voice and words! I’ve never met someone so happy that works in fast food

Went through the drive through - Nick took our order and payment. He was the most pleasant employee we have ever encountered at this type of restaurant. Blaine was super nice as well when he brought our order out to the car. Amazing experience!!

Jenny was amazing! I did not get my custard in the drive through Sunday March 15th and she put the flavor of the day aside to pick up Tuesday. Such amazing customer service. Thanks Jenny!!

Wisc Melt and dbl cheese butter burger were both hot & fresh. Fries were delicious.

The restaurant is very clean. The staff is super friendly and the food came out super super fresh and fast. I’ve been to many culvers before. And by far this one Has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in.

I went to the drive thru expecting a long wait but they were very quick with bringing out our food. The only thing is we ordered a Walleye sandwich and it was very soggy.

As soon as I entered at least 3 employees said hi and welcome and with a smile! The Curderburger was delicious and everything
else was cooked perfectly as ordered, like always!!! I tried a recommended shake mixing Strawberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, recommended by the counter employee Brady and the crew trainer Ben, and it’s definitely my new favorite.

I went this afternoon and the lady at the drive through has always been super nice - I think her name is Jenny!! Always smiling. Everyone else I’ve encountered has had an attitude for no reason, so it’s nice to see someone who enjoys talking to people. 🩷

Had a great first experience at the new Culver's. The place was packed. They provided good quality food in a timely fashion with very friendly employees, met all the expectations I've come to expect from them. So glad to have them in the community, they are going to be a go to place and will do huge business at this location.

Good food, faster service than I expected from a fresh made business model.

My experience the last couple times I’ve stopped by was purely excellent. The staff is always so friendly, the atmosphere is clean and inviting and the food is always cooked to perfection. You have definitely turned me into a loyal customer.
