Despite all the negative reviews I had a polar opposite experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming filled out a whole bunch of paperwork the nurse was pleasant and communitive. Dr was thorough and attentive. I had an 9 am apt and was done by 10.

I did have to wait for a while to see the doctor but, it was totally worth the wait. Dr. Sivalingam, actually listened to me, addressed my problem. It was a great experience to have a dr. that cares.

Dr. Sivalingam( First Valley Medical Group) is buying all the small physician's offices who are retiring. He runs the medical office with Nurse Practioners and PA's. Please keep an eye on your billing statements, I have found overbilling in my mother's statement and mine. I over see Medicare billing & have noted error in billing. Be vigilant and aware of your statements from this group.
I wrote letters to the group and made several calls to the group with no result to get the over billing corrected. My mother was being billed for a monitoring service for blood pressure and blood sugar. (She does not even use a glucometer). We got a call from a Medical Assistant asking about her blood pressure. Our insurance was billed 150.00 for this service. This "service" is not covered by Medicare. She was billed continuously monthly for "monitoring". I asked the Group what was this Monitoring service. I was told it was "Case Management". My mother signed up for "Case Management". I finally sent a letter to Medicare with a complaint. I called Dr. Sivalingham office (which was a task in itself, because no one answers the phone) and let them know my mother is not being "Case Managed", please stop the billing. I am waiting to see if this overbilling will stop.

worst doctor, nurses and receptionist, the lady at the window is so miserable to and shows it to all of the patients she complains about everything that she is doing and treats everyone horribly. Dr. Sivalingam makes you wait all day, every time it takes us about five to six hrs to be seen, and we always have an appointment. He comes into the room reads what the nurse wrote down, asked how you are feeling then proceeds to tell the nurse to take her off certain medications and add new ones, is the same thing all of the time. Even after you are done they send you to a different waiting room and you have to wait again for the nurse to get all of your paperwork to you. Many times we had to come back because the medication that he prescribed was the wrong one, my mom was complaining about foot cramps and he gave her medication fro schizophrenia, do not go to this doctor or this office the service is horrible .

Easily the worst doctor and doctors office I’ve had to deal with. After explaining my medical history at our first (and only meeting), I was prescribed medications that landed me in the hospital for nearly a week barely 2 weeks after he prescribed them. I was prescribed another medication that absolutely cannot be cut off cold turkey safely and yet that’s EXACTLY what he did when I was unable to see his colleague for unrelated medical testing (even though I had had those tests with another doctor). He unapologetically compromised my health, landed me in the hospital that ended up requiring me to be put under general anesthesia for the first time in order to address the problems he directly caused, and then he caused further insane medical detriment to me by doing what he and the pharmacy both clearly state is extremely dangerous. When I spoke to his office about this, I was hung up on. Even my regularly thyroid specialist doctor was appalled by his treatment and recommended I never see him again. AVOID THIS “DOCTOR” AT ALL COSTS.

The office staff for David Doragusie, Dr Sivilingam's PA his staff seem untrained and disconnected from professionalism and don't really care.

Talk about a lazy staff.
