The absolute easiest time I've ever had buying any major appliance. Showroom is well laid out and staff is very knowledgeable. Prices were as good or in most items better than big box stores. It's worth the drive. Installers were professional quiet and quick. Communication was way and they arrived on time.

We will definitely go back here for all our future appliances. They are so knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

We love our new induction range. They also had 0% financing for 12 or 18 months, which was a bonus. Friendly staff and treasonable prices. Better service and experience than we would have received from a big box hardware store.

We had purchased a refrigerator from the some years ago when we bought a new house. They were excellent to deal with the at that time.
Now we needed a new washer and dryer set. Checked the box stores but only for research to see what was currently available in appliance. Went to LH Brubaker and we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Delivery was made to our house as scheduled. Very easy to look online, call and see what is in warehouse and ensure fast delivery for emergency replacements (like a clothes dryer). The delivery crew is so polite and thorough. In the last 6 months we have purchased a new stove and a new clothes dryer and have been very happy.

Had a wonderful experience with John Rankin to purchase our fridge. He answered all of our questions and ensured we knew when he was in the Strasburg location or who could help us, dependent on our schedule. He provided the alternate associate with information regarding our preferences and she was well-prepared to assist us. We were not rushed, nor pressured.

Delivery was smooth. Our floors were protected and there was care making turns to exit the home with the old and enter and install with the new. All questions were answered and we were shown the fridge functions before they left. We were not rushed and all questions were answered.

A stove is a stove is a stove but knowledgeable sales staff and experienced installers is what makes LH Brubaker stand out from the big box stores. No wandering around a gigantic store looking for someone to assist you. At LH Brubaker you are greeted when you walk in the door. On the day of delivery and installation the professional crew arrives on time. They do their job efficiently with an eye for detail, making sure everything is done correctly.

And if you think you're going to pay more shopping at a local business over the big box store, you're wrong. I comparison shopped and LH Brubaker pricing is comparable, if not lower.

The glass on our 20 year old wall microwave cracked, so it needed to be replaced. Since the other appliances were of the same age, the thought of installing matching appliances crossed our mind, so about 7:30PM I messaged LHB through their online portal. Kelly called me back shortly after (even though they were closing at 8PM!) Within 15 minutes, Kelly had helped me to choose the replacement appliances and even set up an appointment for measurements to be taken the next morning.

The team that came out to measure were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Excellent in every way. The team that installed the three new appliances were equally as excellent. Kelly followed up with a call to answer any questions, to make sure I was fully satisfied, AND to send me paperwork that I could send in to receive a $300 on my purchase.

Long story short -- What would have taken HOURS with another company was taken care of efficiently and with attention to detail. Thank you Kelly for providing me with stellar customer service from beginning to end.

Our first experience with Brubaker, and the purchase of a Café Slide in range. When others could not produce, Kelly at Brubaker's worked hard to fulfill our need for a slide in range and succeeded. We were able to easily find the items we needed from the large display at L.H Brubaker. They not only had a large variety of appliances in many sizes and designs, they had appliances from manufacturers that are not normally found in the bug box stores.

The salesperson who assisted us was very personable and knowledgeable. When it came time for delivery,, everyone was super helpful. The woman who scheduled delivery was very patient as we changed the date, requested a phone call prior to delivery, and then had to reconfigure delivery of our second appliance at the last moment.

The men who delivered and installed both appliances were very professional. They arrived exactly on-time and were more than helpful with the installations, explaining how things worked and the best way to use them. They even helped with a small problem we had with an appliance they did not deliver.

In summary, L.H. Brubaker, which was recommended to us by our kitchen remodeling team, has earned our business from now on. We'll be shopping here instead of big box stores from now on!
