Best UPS Store ever! I made a mistake trying to return an Amazon order and they spent 20 minutes locating the missing items in a large pile of boxes. Best customer service ever!

My recent experience at UPS was beyond supportive and helpful all because of Manu. I came in stressed as I was mailing important paperwork internationally for the first time. She assisted by looking over the checklist I had brought with me, answering in depth about my concerns with express shipping and providing advice on past experiences with mailing internationally. She’s a great representative of this store!

I recently visited the Burien UPS store because I was meeting a friend nearby and had some Amazon returns to drop off. I usually go to a different UPS store, but this time I decided to stop by here. I have to say, I was blown away by the experience! From the warm greeting to the super quick service, it felt like the staff truly cared about saving my time and making things easy for me. I was really impressed and just wanted to say thank you to the amazing team at this store. You guys made my day.

Manu is an exceptional representative of UPS. We came in a bit unprepared to ship out documents for a foreign visa, and she was patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. We even came back about 15 min after, realizing that we left out a chunk of papers, and she was just as proactive and amiable. It's this kind of customer service that makes me want to return to establishments and also just appreciate human connections.

I had a very nice experience yesterday at the Burien UPS store.
I had a large awkward and heavy job to be packed and shipped and the women working were absolutely wonderful, such great service I just had to write a review.
I didn’t know what I was doing and was helped through the entire process with patience and always being informed of options and costs.
Excellent service, I’ll be back!

The ladies working here are so polite, friendly, and helpful. I came in here to drop off a package and I was in and out in less than a minute. They made sure to get me my receipt as well, which 2 other locations couldn’t do. Super great ups location, I will be for sure returning.

Very helpful staff. The girl help me with my Amazon returns and printing services.Under new management, now they are open 7 days that makes convenient to get my work done.

Great customer service. It was an unpleasant experience with the previous management, but this time (under new management) was pleasant. Manu was very happy to assist me even though it was the end of the day.

Seeing a lot of 1-star reviews inspired me to leave a review here. I've been using this store for about 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Most recently, I was returning a box full of individual items requiring multiple transactions. The associate was incredibly helpful and kind during the process, which took several minutes.
I'm sure there are honest reviews of negative experiences with this store and team--but that hasn't been my experience.
Also, I'd like to point out that this part of town is not pleasant in any respect; it's a notoriously unsafe area. I'd like to give the store credit for putting up with the dynamics of their location.

I have gone to this UPS store for years. I have always gotten the best customer service. I was really surprised at some of the low reviews. I have never had an issue with anyone being rude. Always pleasant and very helpful.

See my review of the Normandy Park store. Helped me like anyone would expect, smiling helpful people who were actually working. They said don’t bother trying to reach the owner of the Normandy Park store, he doesn’t care.

I have used this place 6 times to send things back to amazon. I have always received great customer service. Thank you for your service.

I was in the Burien store is 7/17 with my father to have notary and copies made. We worked with a great person who was knowledgeable and patient with my elderly father. We stepped aside to let someone ahead of us as she was clearly impatient. She was rude to staff, yelled a bit and stomped off when she couldn’t get what she wanted (she didn’t have the right info for a return).

Kudos to the staff for handling this customer (who came back later in a better mood). Staff are just doing their best. We are all just going through life. Take a deep breath and get over yourself.

I’ve been to this store several times, and other locations, too. Never had a problem with service or staff.
