My first visit was very nice. Dr. Galan actually listened to my concerns and he seems to really care about relieving my pain. Dr. Donner is especially gentle and compassionate about the well-being and comfort of his patients. This is my first round of injections and he reassured me and helped to reduce my anxiety. Love this practice!

Very Professional!! They listen and take what you say to heart. I was 100% transparent with them and they helped me 100% back! Mrs. Galan and Mrs. Christopher really are the best! I got a nerve blocker the other day, it took no time for the procedure and has helped me stay active outside the house and INSIDE the House!!! Thank you!!

Very detail and she listen and cared about what was going on with my issue. It is a lot of doctors these days think that black people don't experience pain that's why I rather have a doctor of the same race from the experience I have been witness this following year. Even at the practice I am writing about when I first came in, I was in a lot of pain so bad I wanted to pull my hair out and the doctor I saw that day was not concern about my pain he said to me are you trying to get social security, I felt so bad along with the pain I were experiencing. My doctor suggested I see a pain doctor not me. I am so glad my next experience was so much better with Dr. Rita. Thank you for caring.

I have suffered with back hip and leg pain for several years. Pain care has given me relief that no other facility could. The staff is kind and courteous. I am grateful. They are professional and knowledgeable. I received targeted to my pain relief. I am especially impressed with Mrs Galan.

I've only seen Dr.G once but she was very professional and patient. She took her time and explained in detail my lab results and the best course of action. I wasn't pleased but again she makes everything crystal clear. I'd definitely recommend her.

My NP is extremely sincere to giving her utmost attention during my followups n assessments. I cannot ask for a better Healthcare provider. She's top-notch!

I have been going to the Stockbridge office for about 7 years. Dr Galan and his daughter, Marissa Galan are amazing and I would recommend you make an appointment with either one of them, if you're experiencing chronic pain. Every single visit that I've had with them have been positive.

My doctor visits with Rita has been very through. She's very attentive and addresses all of concerns. I can't leave out Rita's beautiful smile and she has a beautiful personality to go along with her smile. I know that in the future Rita may leave Pain Care, but she's going to have a lasting memory for me and I will truly miss her.

Dr. Sooner was very kind and compassionate. He took time with me like there was no other pt waiting in the office.

Marissa is very patient and understanding about chronic pain. I always enjoy talking with her about what I'm going through. She is very professional and is always willing to listen. She's is one of the best P.A.'s that I have the pleasure of meeting and working with to find the best pain care plan for me.

This was the first time I had met this Dr., his bedside manner was exceptionally comforting, professional and reassuring. The anesthesiologist was professional and reassuring and reiterated that the procedure would not take long and it didn’t.
There was only one female that I found unfriendly, curt, and appeared to resent having to service me. Many times there’s one on every team, yet I thought I had escaped it with this practice.
I also take issue with the Doctor not visiting at all after the procedure. You are discharged without any instructions on what to expect or what the next steps should be,
Overall I have found this to be an OUTSTANDING pain care center.
If you are suffering and in pain that is unbearable I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice. From the time you walk in the door until you leave they make EVERY EFFORT to make you feel like you are the only patient in the office.
I wish I had found them years ago, for I am positive I wouldn’t have suffered for all the years I have.

In all fairness the female that I spoke of earlier must have been having a bad day. I can’t phantom pain care keeping a person of that caliber on their staff.

Nikki Patel is the very best! She listens, has empathy and truly cares. She gives clear explanations of my treatment and procedures. My husband and I completely trust her and Dr. Galan.
