I have been a patient of Dr. Platon for years. Thanks to her and her team, my pain is now manageable. When I went for my first visit, I was bent over using a cane because the pain was so bad. After 2 visits I was walking normal without a cane. I have been with her ever since. She is a great Doctor who cares.

There's a saying "A first impression is a lasting impression," and with that being said. I observed Dr Platon when I first met her. And she really impressed me as how she carried herself. And as well as how she conducted her business as a doctor.I was once a patient of Dr Platon several years ago. And I remained her patient for over a year. Dr Platon is an excellent, caring and compassionate doctor. She upholds her career with the utmost dignity and respect.I would recommend Dr Platon to any of my friends and family.

Dr Platon takes the time to give personal, top notch care. She has been managing my back pain for nearly 2 years, and without her care and expertise, I wouldn't be where I am now. She cares deeply for us VETS, a rarity these days.

My experiences were really good. Dr. Platon was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had and fully explained my pain management plan when I cam in two months ago as a New Patient. I hace been given cervical epidurals which have provided tremendous relief. As to the wait time... the time is typical as any other busy practice you attend.

I prefer Dr. Platon because I can tell she loves what she does and actually wants me to feel better!!!

Dr. Platon has been my wife's pain management doc for the last 10 years, and is a awesome person and doc. We are going to miss her very much after closing her practice.

Absolutely fantastic doctor. Dr. Platon takes the time to listen to her patients. She works with you to develop the best course of action. The office staff is very pleasant and they’re always on time. We’ve never had to wait longer than 15 minutes. Thank you very much Dr. Platon!

Doc is awesome! I see some reviews here that are opposite of the real deal, if you come off at her all wrong then you probably got plain Doc, not super cheerful doc, I've sat in the waiting room and listened to people talk, I've even joined in, and the harshness comes mostly from folks wanting to rush in and out but it's not always a fast day sometimes. 2nd, some people just don't understand the way this pain stuff works, we have a serious opioid and drug crisis in America and the DEA, insurance companies and more are on these doctor's backs watching every move they make! They all have to be sure that folks urine has their meds in it, that folks don't have other drug use going on, or that they actually need the meds even, they have to make sure THEY are making the right decision 100% each time because it could cost them their license if one tiny mistake is made and it causes a domino effect for the patient, her or people at home around the patient even, if theres moments where she has to think too hard and long about writing a Rx or dealing with certain folks then THAT is NOT a 100% ok instinct so therefore, no, you won't get what you went for and if that's what happens then something wasn't right to her, these docs have to protect themselves also! She's also had staff come and go who were rude, dishonest and etc. She does her best to employ good folks but it can be challenging at times, but don't let that deter you from how great the doc is, it's so much behind the scenes that she and every pain doc has on top of them that your head would spin! So there might be days when anyone could be a bit stressed and come off as "rude" or whatever but she's a great doc and some people don't clash well with her because she doesn't give them their way also or they don't use proper manners or respect towards her. Its 7 years nearly I've been seeing her and truth be told she's kept in a way where I can manage my pain and tolerance for the meds at 10mg rather than let me build a tolerance higher n higher n dose me way up the scale to morphine pills and etc. She makes sure her patients don't tip the scale and up so tolerant they turn to heroin on the streets and etc. Because alot of the docs out there don't care and let the patient keep climbing up and end up to that point, I've seen it happen, and 1st hand, its awful....she cares more about us and our use of the meds carefully than any doc I've seen or know of! I can be sick with a bad cold and she'll grab me a cup of hot tea and a blanket while I wait in the exam room for her to get down the row to me, and for others too ! Say what you will, to me she's the best doc ever!

Dr Platon listened to my issues and established a course of treatment to help alleviate the pain I have been experiencing. I felt immediate relief from the pain I had described in my previous visit.

Dr Platon is an awesome doctor. She really listens and tries to find ways to make you feel better without so much pain meds.

Yes as my pain doctor for quit a many years iv have been very pleased with her she is very professional and straight to the point and through ( no stone unturned) to find problem. Really enjoy having as my doctor in this area wish more was like her in this field !!! Thanks PRESTON 👍
