The weekend morning crew is top notch. I’ve been several times on weekend mornings and the service is always quick and reliable. They seem like a well-oiled machine. My order is always correct and the drive-thru personnel are always friendly.

We had a great experience with the staff since they allowed us to enter the restaurant with our 3 month old Future Leader Dog for the Blind. A great staff member offered us water for our puppy, she was great with us!

A late night McDs app order and picked up in the drive thru. The team was very kind and efficient. My food was made fresh and was hot and delicious.

Not a lot of 24 hour options around here so they deserve stars just for being available. Late night/early morning staff were effective and friendly enough. Had to wait a bit for food but that’s understandable at an off hour. During the daytime there’s always a line at the drive thru.

Went through the drive through, got a few sandwiches, order was correct food was good and fast service

I used to have problems with my order being accurate or the temperature of my food being right at this McDonald's location, however they have been doing a really great job lately and I think they have really great customer service too! I understand that sometimes problems are from a select few employees and these days it's hard to get people that want to stay at a job let alone provide quality customer service, they have definitely been doing a great job!

STEAK BAGEL IS BACK! I always get the muffin since I can't eat bagels but they made it to perfection it was so good I got 2 so I could eat them later. The store was clean and staff were very nice. As I was waiting for my second order since I had a bag another worker noticed and asked me if I needed anything. They were quick and well organized.

I work across the street and order Curbside. They are always fast, friendly and the food is always hot.

We were in town for a weekend trip and visited this McDonalds. Line was long and we anticipated a wait, however it was very quick and the people were super friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with this location.

Met my girlfriends here. We enjoyed our lunches at a super clean table. I found a phone charge station also. The bathroom was well kept and we had a lovely visit. Thank you, team McDonald's 💙

Always good. Our great grandson loves to get a happy meal and the surprise of the toy. The grounds were clean, trash cans not overflowing and service was prompt.

We stopped in mainly to use the restroom and get something to drink early in the morning. We were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful people in a very clean and stylish restaurant. Honestly, it's one of the best experiences I've had with McDonald's.

Best McDonalds in any surrounding county. Staff always nice, they are extremely efficient. Today they handed me a egg timer and said by the time this runs out you should have your food. Anytime i ever had to wait the manager always has made it right. Very impressive for fast food.

I seldom frequent Mickey D's. I was impressed with the new look, clean dining room, and great service. I ordered items that are on EVERY Alaska McD menu, but unknown to Ohio locations.
A Denali is a Big Mac that uses quarter pound patties.
A glacier pie is an apple pie on a pancake plate, with ice cream and caramel topping.

Both are super awesome!!!
The staff made both items for me special order, and were especially interested in the preparation. How cool it that!

Fast and delicious, I have gone to this McDonald's since I was a child, but the touchscreen terminals inside have really elevated my experiences. I can customize things exactly to my liking and it usually gets made the way I order it which is an upgrade from the days when i could say no onions and end up with extra onions instead!

My husband loves the sausage,egg, and cheese Mc griddle breakfast sandwich. Wish Mc Donald's had some foods that didn't have bread

I was here one morning trying to sell the last Asian baby I had. The Black family (that's their name, not their race) had decided against it because their dog wouldn't stop barking at it. I took the baby here for a breakfast burrito. The breakfast burritos are simply amazing! This has got to be the best mexican restaurant in Marion.

Fast, food was properly made and not smushed into bags. Servers were Friendly. Food was not staged but service was quick-even with a line.
