Waited 30 minutes for my food at the food spot in the back of the restaurant. They have the worst chili cheese fries I've ever tasted in my life and I'd rather go somewhere else to get a Philly cheese steak than to wait 30 min . Don't waste your money

If you want to wait half a day to finally get to the pump then this is your place. People pull to the pump then go in and shop or do something or stand there and talk to someone else then pump $2.00 worth of gas after 20 minutes of blocking the pumps.

Don’t bother with this gas station. I selected 87 grade $2.51/gallon on pump 7, and it charged me the premium price of $3.31/gallon. I informed the manager there was an issue with his pump, and he refused to refund the difference. Instead he wanted me to contact the inspector. Seems to me he should take care to fix his pumps, not have his customers file complaints. Definitely do NOT waste your money at this gas station!

To make a very long story very short, the owner and manager called my wife a liar because she paid for $20 of gas and it didn't dispense any, therefore she was still on "Empty" and when brought to their attention they did nothing. She left, under the impression the sensor for the gas tank was bad and since I was at work two hours away I couldn't check it out. She gets to 64 and calls me saying she ran out of gas. Her and our three boys sat in the car almost two hours before her cousin was able to get there. And since I left her our last $20 before I get paid, she wasn't able to go fill up somewhere else. This is unacceptable, inexcusable and disgusting. The owner of this gas station refuses to simply let her get the gas she paid for, claiming she is just looking for money. We just want what we paid for. Nothing more. Nothing less. It really is a sad world when everyone assumes people are always lying to get something free when, in reality, most of us are hardworking families that just want to raise good kids and love each other and GET THE GAS WE PAID FOR! But what do we know, according to them, we went through all this hassle to get a measly $20 extra back from them. Think about that. How many mothers do y'all know with a 4 y/o, 2 y/o, and a 1 y/o would make all this up just to sit on the side of the highway for two hours with three upset kids because she thinks she can get the $20 back she just spent to put gas? The fact the owner told her he could see it pumping gas from nothing but the screen shows his ignorance. Not every one wants to get handouts everywhere. We live paycheck to paycheck and this man that owns a gas station is able to take our hard earned money to add to his hard earned money and not give us the product we paid for, accuse us of lying and trying to "get money" when we've stated we just want the gas we paid for, and then bring my wife to tears by yelling and accusing her of lying after she just sat in the heat because of them and still didn't curse their name. I understand it is only $20. But to us, that is the difference between making rent and having to pay a late fee.

Almost 3 months ago, I drove up to park on the west side of this store. My front right side tire rolled over the manhole cover and flipped it up as the tire dropped into the hole and the cover twisted its way all down the the side off my new car before it flung away from my car. My expensive rim is scratched up, badly, and several places all down the right side of my car are dented with the paint is ruined. Yesterday, I was talking to a salesperson at s car dealership about the damage and was informed another car dropped into the same hole and had to lifted out by a tow truck. After months of visiting the store and being told by an older white lady and a older black gentleman (who were on duty the day my car was damaged) that the owner wasn't there, I finally caught the owner there and showed him my car. He told an employee to call his insurance company, but nobody ever contacted me. I have serious damage to a half paid for car that I can't trade until it's repaired. I'm going to talk to my insurance company about my car repairs and let them take it up with the BP. A little tiny bit of integrity can go a long way!

2nd time going there, ever. kew shouldn't have. Their card machine for the pumps ARE THE WORST! I knew I had money before the transaction. I believe its something wrong with how the cards are inserted and removed. It didn't go through the 1st time, so I had to do it again having my card face a different way. It worked, BUT I didn't save any money because the BP card thinks it was used the first time I did it which it WASN'T. smh
