Walgreens

My regular pharmacy was closed so I checked to see if this Walgreens could supply me with enough medication to get through Christmas. Crystal was compassionate, understanding, and efficient as she quickly took care of me. This store always seems to be understaffed, but everyone there is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PHARMACY. GO AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. BUT I GO BEFORE LUNCH ONLY HAD A PROBLEM ONCE WITH THE PHARMACY HELP. WELL THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE. AFTER I WAS SHORTED 100 TABLETS OF PAIN PILLS AND THE PERSON FILLING IT WAS SEE WITH 2 BOTTLES ONE HAD 100 IN IT THE OTHER ONLY HAD 35 AND THATS THE ONE I GOT.. BUT OF COURSE EVEN WITH ZPD SEEN THE FILM THE MANAGER CLAIMED SHE DIDNT SEE ANY WRONG DOING. SMH.

Update... Manager there on Monday did what could have been done the whole time. I called her and she asked me to come in. Resolved the issue. Thank you Kim. (Original Review)1 star..
Worst experience I've had there. Shopped Saturday picking up curbside for last minute Christmas gifts getting 2 of pks of McDonald's & Starbucks gift cards along with a few other items. Each Gift card pack had 4 $10 gift cards. ($40each)
I found out this morning the gift cards weren't activated when I tried one before wrapping. Was told by the Walgreens manager that they couldn't activate or refund and to contact vendor. Vendor referred me back to Walgreens. In the mean time Im out $80.

Y'all, those who live in Zebulon know the pharmacy can be ROUGH, but I had the BEST experience with Jemel who is the Assistant Manager that was helping the pharmacy today! Extremely kind, thoughtful, and overall just plain helpful!! Keep up the awesome work, Jemel! & Walgreens y'all need to hire more employees like him - you can't train people to care.

I’ve been to several locations/pharmacies and had to deal with a lot of rude people, but here at Walgreens in Zebulon I have to give a Big thumbs up to Andrea ! Just as polite and as wonderful as she can be, definitely will continue getting prescriptions and small shopping here just because of her.

I needed an item from the store that was out of stock and they gladly ordered it for me, I can't find this item anywhere else locally. They have a new manager in the pharmacy and wait times in line and in the drive through are WAY down. Prescriptions are being filled faster. The number of problems with my prescriptions has gone to zero and when there were mistakes they were quickly rectified. Staffing turnover is much less so everything is running more smoothly.

I don’t understand all the poor reviews. I’m in there all the time filling prescriptions and I’ve found the pharmacy staff to be great. They are quick and professional. No complaints from me.

💕I have been using this pharmacy for almost 8 years! This place has Been great. I went there tonight to fill & pickup my prescription. Only took 30 minutes for them to fill. I love Walgreens. It's always my 1st pick for last minute items, meds, baby diapers, washing powder, milk or bread run, snacks for school functions, computer paper, etc etc !! I Get what I need & get out quick. Better than going to Walmart! Employees are super nice here. I also get my pictures developed & the photo shop is very helpful & knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed. I love my Walgreens💕

The pharmacist is awesome. He basically saved my son's life. My son was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. He spoke with me when I picked up the prescription because of his direct experience with it when he was an EMS. He disagreed with the meds and told me to be careful and watch him. Well he was right we wound up in the doctors office so the CDC stepped in to help us and investigate the hospital we went to. I just thanked him for saving my son's life!!!

I love coming here. Everyone in the pharmacy is wonderful. They know most of their regular customers by name. And the store employees are great. They always talk to us and make sure to always speak to my boys.

I love this place. Customer Service is professional and courteous and handle the patrons with no patience as well as is possible. People need to understand these people are not your enemies at Walgreens.

This store has some of the best cashier and managers, there so nice and friendly i love shopping there. Makaia ,crystal, carla, Thank you for always having a smile when i come in.

Super helpful and patient staff! Made transferring medication and pickup extremely smooth.

I am always please with customer service and today the pharmacist went above and beyond to save me $45 on a perscription.
