First time here and I loved it! I was catching up with a best friend and we sat here bit longer here than I would normally spend in a day food dinning room. This aloud me to see the place both slammed and dead. The place was understaffed and yet my order was prepared quickly, correctly and with a bunch of smiles. There seems to be an actual team that enjoys working here, together. If I'm worry about that, they are at least faking it better than any that I've ever seen.

I overheard a young, assistant manager tell his story of his career from teenager to manager as he worked on convincing a teenage customer (accompanied by an adult) to apply to join the crew. I'm not sure if the kid will but I know the manager almost got me asking where to find the application.

I only hear one "mistake" while I was there. Maybe I missed something, doubtfully but it happens. It was not a disgruntled customer, complaining about food or service or anything at all that brought my attention to the matter. It was the employees explaining how they were fixing an issue, seemingly before the issue was even know by the guest.

The kids meals are not the ones leaving here happy today. Thanks McDonald's on Blanco.

This location is always the best, fastest and friendliest. So happy I love right down the street from it.

Advice: Order from the app so you don’t have to wait.

They are normally pretty awesome here, but every 1 outta 10 meals....you will have a complaint! Either they forget an item, give you no item, or give you the wrong item! It will happen! But don't be discouraged! Just go back and explain. They will give you your original order and let you keep whatever they messed up. However I am not posting this for people to take advantage. It is for honest orders, like don't be a jerk and take advantage and ruin it for people who actually have legitimate complaints and concerns! Much love to McDonald's for not even realizing you feed America!

The lines are quick and the food is fast all right lol the people are friendly the food wasn’t made lazy and they accepted the app deals really quickly and didn’t make a fuss when it wasn’t working and instead just put in a coupon for me really happy I ate here and hope everyone here is having a nice day thank you for serving me

Excellent customer service! I think he said his name is Raul but I didn’t quite hear him. Looked like he was in manager attire. Replaced the missing part of my order and offered to replace the entire combo. Thank you sir!

They gave me the wrong order.

Well, let me tell you first of all we do a lot of McDonald’s lol my experience with the phone was really good. There’s a little young man by the name of Matt corona. I think his name was made my service perfect the young guy is the second time that I visited this McDonald’s and and goes above and beyond if you’re ever in the area, please use this McDonald’s I recommend it 100%

Always a delight. Love the App and their rewards. My menu has changed since my Keto diet, which by the way, I went from waist 44 to a waist 36 in three months, but now I can get by with a pinch of their awesomely, unbeatable 🍟 s........Since COVID though, all the McDonald's speed of service has gone downhill. But, the App and the 🍟 keep me loyal, but I gotta have the time to spare.

We've been in the area for almost a year now and this is the closest location. We go maybe 2x a month but everytime I have to admit I'm impressed with the upgrades and how Nice the crew is. Food is done accurate and my fries are always Fresh which is a big plus. So keep up the Great Job!

This MCDonald's at Blanco and Fresno is one of the best locations to go eat breakfast or lunch,and another thing, they don't mess up on your order,just right,for the fact that they all work as a team. They're all good fast workers...

I like McDonald's because of the food and don't worry the flys are gone the tables are sanitized and the restrooms of men and women odor is gone and toilets and all doors of the restaurant are closed and sanitized for this hole store to stay clean don't worry about the mess where getting more employees to make sure that McDonald's stay in shape to be on business and i work there too the core
