What a beautiful, clean, and user friendly storage facility. Jeff was patient while we decided what size we wanted. He showed us around at some options. Now that we have put things into the storage, I felt it was a good time for a review. It’s a very nice process. Feels safe, very clean, and so convenient. I definitely recommend!

My impression of Extra space storage is wonderful. I reserved my unit online, and within an hour I arrived at the location near me, and met with Jeff, who checked me in which included a brief tour to my actual storage unit. Jeff was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. “I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Extra Space storage due to the cleanliness of their facilities, their great customer service, and convenient access hours, and so much more “ They also offer an app which allows you to manage your storage unit, pay your bill, etc.. the facility also has state of the art security which includes power entry & exit gates with PIN code operation, and several convenient flat bed carts to make it easy for loading/unloading your boxes, furniture, etc.. to and from your unit. Their facilities are also climate controlled which adds the extra piece of mind protection of all your stored items. Excellent Facilities!

Great experience, I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. The staff was attentive, and promptly called me if they saw any changes to the locks or anything looked askew. Happened only once and it was done by us. I appreciated that they were conscientious about their facility, I had a unit in the far corner, the temperature was consistent and facility was clean.

Extra Space is very easy to work with, when I was moving I needed a storage unit for a few months and I was able to reserve one online.
When I checked out the process was very easy as well I went into the office and let them know I didn’t need the unit anymore and that was it.

Michelle was an amazing person. She made sure that I got the experience that I needed for the first time using a storage unit. Definitely will recommend

Easy to manage with convenience of the app! Prices are competitive with deals happening all the time. Clean units with moving trolleys available to help move heavy items when you get to the unit. Would highly recommend!

Was met by the manager Vincent today when I stopped out at my storage unit. He was extremely friendly & welcoming.
Extra Space storage is very clean and easily accessible. We really like the location. The storage unit is very large & there is plenty of space outside the unit to park & if you need an area to go through your items or rearrange.
Definitely recommend this location!

Top-notch service at this location! We had a little bit more stuff to store than we expected, Jeff was super helpful in finding a smaller unit right across the hall from our other one, which is incredibly convenient!

The space is clean, bright, and well secured. Our interactions with members of staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Jeff was very helpful in setting up my new storage unit. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The units are super clean and have multiple push carts available for use. Highly recommend.

Its a brand new facility. The staff was great! They made it very easy to get my storage locker. I saw the locker on my first load and it's great! Very clean ... it's new. I later found it was temperature controlled too. I found the price very reasonable.

Months later .... I decided to downsize the locker. Jeff was able to make the change easily. The new locker was in the same building which made the change easier. Final comment is that this place is very nice and the staff is great.

I have a storage unit at the Corcoran, MN location and just stopped by the management office yesterday, June 24th 2023 to say how much I appreciate what a nice facility this place is.The worker asked if I would fill out a review and I said of course so here you go. It's always so clean, including the rest rooms (of which, as a mature woman I appreciate you having). It's always well lit, easy parking and easy accessibility and my favorite is that it's reasonable priced and temperature controlled!

Super easy to set up our account online. Received a phone call from the facility manager same day asking if I had any questions. Wonderful customer service.

Update: Added a unit for our business and same great customer service. The facility manager was able to get a unit close to our other one which will save us a lot of time whenever we come to the building. Way to go Extra Space Storage!
