Great Experience. My daughter's windshield was damaged while traveling thru road construction. State Farm connected me to B&G Auto Glass via phone for scheduling. I arrived at 0800 on Monday and was leaving in under two hours with a new windshield in place. Very helpful office staff and problem free experience.

Two thumbs up! Made an appointment to have my front windshield replaced, B&G got it done in about 55 minutes while and I was able to sit and work using their Wi-Fi. Price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. Very polite staff. The guy who did my windshield was even nice enough to put my EZ pass tape and oil change sticker on my new windshield :-)

These guys are top notch! Very professional. Replaced my windshield in 25 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly and professional. They replaced my windshield for half of my deductible. Don't waste your time calling around like I did. These guys are the best!

I had to get a windshield replaced in my old Chrysler 200. I called around to a number of places in the Newark and Bear area. All of the estimates seemed to be about the same. The people I spoke with at B&G seemed to be the most knowledgeable and accommodating. Once the job was completed, the glass looked perfect and there have been no leaks or any other sort of issues that I was concerned about while looking into this process, Thanks. Definitely recommend.

The gentlemen at B&G auto glass were polite and went above an beyond to take care of my windshield. They were open and honest and did not put up a hassle. If you need to replace your windshield, double check if your car has any fancy features like “rain detection” so they can order the right glass for your vehicle! They do fast, quality work. Thanks guys for helping us get our vacation back on track!

Started by trying to schedule an appointment with a "Well heard of" auto glass shop. Could not get an appointment for 3 weeks. Found B&G by chance. Took me immediately and charged 1/4 the price of the other shop. S

Took my travel trailer here for a windshield replacement, it was quite a chore finding a place that would even perform this service for me. These people are polite, professional, and competent. Highly recommend them.

Best customer service around for glass repairs/replacment. There is much better pricing than satellite.

Just had them come to the house yesterday to replace my sisters windshield; the price was great and they got the windshield installed in under an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Bob was excellent with quoting a time and getting us on our way. Very friendly. Although the front desk girl has an attitude and has zero customer service skills.

They did a great job replacing the glass in my work truck and even cleaned up all the old glass. Best part was that it only took about 40 min from beginning to end.
