Whataburger

Compared to other locations, this location is a little slow with getting your order out. However we still come here because unlike other locations, they've never messed up our orders. You can also tell this location doesn't let their product sit, they give it to you fresh, which makes us happy to wait.

The place was great, in time, food was hit, staff was nice. I gave only four stars for atmosphere, only because there were some rude customers, had nothing to do with the people at what a urged, some people are just rude. Be nice to those who are handling your food, or simply be nice in general, it's that's easy.

Back in my hometown for the weekend and picked up my Grandfather’s favorite! I thought I would go inside and skip the drive thru. The atmosphere in this location is was so nice, clean, and different from any location I have been inside before! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I overheard Ms. D encouring her team members and realized the importance of a leader in each store! I’ll bring my Grandfather inside to eat next time!

I came to leave a review because of the excellent Customer service I received this morning. I wasn’t having so good of a start and a quick interaction with CRew member Rachel turned that around quickly. I had to come here to share. Keep shining bright.

This is a really good location. Would be perfect if the gravy was just a little thicker. But still deserves 5 stars.

Love Whataburger! The BEST food around! They're getting so good about the speed of service too and employees are always so nice! Restaurant is always clean and I absolutely love that they still do 24 hour service! Definitely beat the competition with that alone, add in everything else and idk why I ever go anywhere else!!

This location should be WEST PALMER ST. Being VERY BUSY AFTER 5pm for big families! I’ve went grocery shopping then ARRIVING HERE DUE TO TIRED OF SHOPPING/NOT WANTING TO COOK. lol I’ve also witness multiple times by far ten/15 vehicles parked here plus MOVING IN DRIVE THRU LINE. Family owned businesses THEN STAFF ON THE SPOT WELCOMING CUSTOMERS & ENDING WITH A GREAT EVENING!! My point I’ve been here TWICE seen drive thru employees WITH ALL SMILES CARRYING heavy traffic in and out the restaurant. Cats packed REMEMBER THOUGH THEY MOVE EVER 2 minutes so it’s worth every Penny stopping here for dinner!!

Consistently good burgers. The fries were especially hot and fresh the last visit and the customer service was warm and friendly!

Jermaine is a sweet and very mannered young man, whataburger in TC is lucky to have him on the team. Great customer service!!!

Hardworking team. Went in just before 9pm Sunday night and it was slam packed. Drive thru line to the street. Took about 10 minutes to get my order in the lobby and it was fresh and still. The Sprite tasted amazing. Food was great.

Good burgers but drive thru is always very slow.

I just love this Whataburger. It’s so good and I always ask for extra cheese and sometimes extra jalapeños. Everyone here is so nice it’s a joy to come and have one of the best hamburgers ever made. They also have awesome onion rings one of the better places for onion rings. Make sure you get there early or you all wait in line but believe it or not it moves pretty quickly. They have people that take your payment information and they quickly fix your hamburger before you get to the window.

Picked up food so atmosphere was homey. Their burgers are almost always to die for. These are my favorites.
Our order was taken quickly and the wait was reasonable.
What isn't reasonable is how much or dinner costs from here now!! Inflation!!

Quick service. All the food was hot and fresh.

It's Whataburger the expectation is greatness anything less wouldn't suffice.

Great food but a little bit high price for my budget.

Honestly everyone there super nice and was able to handle a large crowd coming in at once. A large group of about 20 of us arrived and we all received our food in a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious. Personally my order consisted of a number one Whataburger with no cheese and it was delicious. I was super satisfied and if I’m ever in the area of Texas City again I will return.

I work nearby and end up getting lunch here more often than I should (Whataburger is addicting 😩). I like to order on the app or site and do curbside. This location is always slammed around the time I come (11-12) but they still get your food out fairly fast and the staff is always friendly. I've never had an issue with my order being wrong and it comes out hot and fresh. I'd definitely recommend this location, and I'm sure I'll continue to be a regular customer (just maybe less regular).

So I went to this Whataburger And I did not have enough money to pay. I felt extremely embarrassed, And being in a long drive-through lane quite full of anxiety. I got to the window, told them I apologize but I did not have enough money to complete my order. She said how much do you have, to which I replied $8.75, which I needed $9.38, and she said baby that's fine I can work with that . I was so relieved and so happy they were able to help me. Thank you so much
