Wendy's

I stopped at this Wendy’s to grab some lunch. I went through the drive thru and ordered the single burger with a small order of french fries on the side. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty as I have grown to expect when I go to a Wendy’s restaurant. The staff here was friendly, and everything was as expected.

Employees are always super friendly and overly kind. They’re always working fast while providing quality food. Been coming here for a while now on my lunch breaks or sometimes for dinner and will continue too as every hour of the day they’re proving great food and service. Good to their management and employees.

This is my favorite place in Seymour. Staff is great, specifically Joe and Rose. They are super awesome managers. And the Matt always goes above and beyond, makes sure my orders are right. Monti, she’s a jewel, she always brings my food right to me, wishes a great day/ night to me! Pretty much everyone is great, this is a stellar team!

I stop here at least once a week for my niece. She always gets the 4 for $4 Biggie Bag. When I give her her food her only complaint is that the fries are always either too salty, not hot or if they are cooked/seasoned right, they only give her half her serving. Other than that the service is always great and very fast.

Decided to stop here instead of going to waterbury. Excellent service (hate ordering on a machine) employee came over to help. Wanted to add tomato to my grilled chicken wrap and machine wouldn’t allow me. Man making food said no problem. All of our food was nice and hot. Fries were a tad salty. Lady giving out food was very nice and got the order right!

food is good and the staff at the drive thru at 2:30 on 11/8 was super super friendly, definitely a shoutout to them!!

I just wanted a quick meal to hold me over until dinnertime. So I grabbed a small baconator fries and a small vanilla frosty. I enjoyed my fries despite the fact I expected my bacon to be finely sprinkled throughout the cheese and fries. I was surprised to see beautifully fried bacon just laid on top. After a quick attitude I dug in and consumed this snack. The well cooked bacon made this visit pleasant The frosty was a great way to wrap up this quick snack!

We went to this Wendy's location last Saturday with our 2 grandsons and it was a great experience! I wish I had gotten the young man's name that helped us get our orders in as the kiosks to order were not working. He was just the nicest young man! He was all over the place getting things done ! Honestly you don't see that too much anymore but he made a excellent experience for my family!!

I always come to this location for the summer strawberry salad. One thing I love is they aren’t skimpy on the salads at this one. I know some locations give you like five pieces of lettuce, one strawberry, and two little pieces of chicken. When I come here, I get a nice full salad. Also it never looks wilty and old. The line is always long here, but ends up being worth the wait

This Wendy's is one of the best! They have customer ordering screens, allowing for huge customizations - loved my double burger with Muenster cheese and onion straws!!! It would be better if the initial ordering screen told you that you would customize later, but that did become evident later. Food was hot and exactly as ordered. Even pulled my first name from my credit card and displayed the list of orders ahead of mine. Totally great experience!

Good food, #1 for me in buggers and the chilli is a delicious side dish, and Tnks for the veterans discount in some stores in the Waterbury area

Great place, all of these 1 star reviews are one time experiences of customers that were probably rude to the employees from the start expecting A tier restaurant quality service, when its a bunch of kids working in this establishment trying the best they can to serve as many cars they have each day, ive always driven past this wendys and its always good and packed, the last time i ordered from here my food was hot and ready, so I do t know all these one time experiences these people are having, but they really need to keep there opinions to thereselves cause they aint no stronger in society than anything.

If you are reading this I promise you your experience at wendys will be quesitionable sometimes hut I promise you they treat you well if you treat them back nicely 👍

The employees are always so nice and make sure my order is correct. Especially the girl with glasses, good experience overall.

It was really good and it is really busy but they work quick als love that it has a out door eating area the first one I have seen like that. Food was great need better milkshake but I love it so far.

I had to take a dump the lady who worked there was nice she let me use the employee toilet because massive doo doo stains were on the public toilet in mens bathroom.

Great food and service. Drive thru is open, no inside dining during Covid.
During regular busy times for a fast food restaurant expect waiting some time in the drive thru line.

I love to order in the app ahead of time, makes going through the drive-thru a breeze.

Literally the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Whatever the past, they fixed things. The food is great, the staff is nice and friendly, would go again.

They filled their buyers and french fries as well better than McDonald's I can't wait until buyer King comes to southbury heritage across from heritage hotel don't know when
